A hawkish Jerusalem-based news outlet with reported links to Israeli intelligence that has proven accurate in its forecast of future geopolitical events claims that the war in Libya is approaching a “coup de grace” and that French, British and American troops will land on Libyan soil within the next two weeks to spearhead a full ground invasion.

In a piece entitled, US and NATO prepare final assault on Qaddafi, DebkaFile cites military sources for its contention that NATO powers are finalizing plans for a “large-scale, all-out military bid to kill or oust” Colonel Gaddafi.

“The coming coup de grace, expected in the next couple of weeks, is the hottest topic of discussion in the corridors of power and high-level military and intelligence get-togethers in London, Paris, Brussels, Moscow, Oslo, The Hague and Rome. It is expected to start in a couple of weeks with French and British troop landings on Libyan soil, to be followed in its last stages of by American forces,” states the report.

In military terms, “coup de grace” is a synonym for ‘death blow’, and Debka views France’s announcement that it is providing weapons to anti-Gaddafi rebels as a precursor for a ground invasion and “the opening shot of the final act in the scenario for removing him.”

If the report is correct in its claim that a ground invasion is imminent, it would mean that a plan for boots on the ground originally scheduled for the end of October has been dramatically accelerated...

According to a little noticed quote in the Washington Post earlier this month which has attracted virtually no media attention, President Obama told gun control advocate Sarah Brady that his administration is working “under the radar” to sneak attack the second amendment rights of American citizens.


During a March 30 meeting between Jim and Sarah Brady and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, at which Obama “dropped in,” the president reportedly told Brady, “I just want you to know that we are working on it (gun control)….We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.”...

How in the world are Americans living in the southwest United States supposed to sleep peacefully at night when the U.S. government has given thousands of guns to Mexican drug cartels and continues to leave the border completely wide open? The brutality and viciousness of Mexican drug cartels is almost beyond description, and yet the U.S. government has armed them to the teeth and does next to nothing to stop their incursions into U.S. territory. “Project Gunrunner” was supposed to be a U.S. government initiative to fight the flow of guns into Mexico. Instead, it has now come out that ATF agents were ordered to facilitate the acquisition of thousands of U.S. guns by Mexican drug cartels and then halt surveillance on where those guns where going. One of these operations was known as “Fast and Furious” and the revelations that are now coming out have Congress in an uproar. Right now, some of the most dangerous places to be on the face of the earth are along the U.S./Mexico border. The Mexican drug cartels are fighting a vicious war against each other and against the authorities.

Endgame is approaching in Libya, with Gaddafi either set to step down or if he refuses, NATO will launch a final all out bombardment of Tripoli in a desperate bid to topple the Libyan leader.

This is all set to play out over the next 6-8 weeks.

Obama is walking away from this with his tail between his legs, with the battle over the debt ceiling, the imminent downgrading of America’s credit rating and the plunging economy have taken precedence and the White House having to virtually abandon this one along with NATO, who have been similarly hampered by the European debt crisis.

If Gaddafi can cut a deal, which is currently being mediated by the Russians, that allows his influence in the country to remain pervasive through his son, this will represent a de facto victory for him and a defeat for NATO forces, whose bluster about “humanitarian protection” has been completely exposed as a ruse for regime change.

However, if Gaddafi has a last minute change of heart and tries to retain his grip on power, perhaps resorting to a suicide mission to evade capture, NATO will launch a massive “coup de grace,” a plan which has been in place since the start of the month, with British, American and French troops ready to spearhead a full ground invasion.

The whole farce has largely been a failure for NATO and the White House because now it’s going to be a heck of a lot more difficult to control the post-Gaddafi transition.

Remember, this war was about capturing Libya as another launch pad for further empire building in the Middle East and north Africa, that’s why PNAC ordered Obama to do it, it was about securing the richest oil resources in the whole of Africa, it was about stealing 6 billion dollars in gold reserves, and it was about putting a halt to China’s efforts to virtually re-colonize Africa.

...New Council or not, it would be a relatively simple matter to halt the coming terrorism by corporate federal agencies against agricultural property owners. Our governors would have only to refuse any contracting with these federal corporations which would deny them access inside the geographical boundaries of the states. In fact, revocation of previous contracts with these same federal corporations which are in fact, foreign to the states, could go a long way in repairing the damage done from decades of federal interference.

The time worn argument for contracting with federal corporations, is funding. Governors and legislators will claim that the state will lose mountains of federal funding that the state needs if the contract is refused or revoked. But….where does that funding come from? From the states via the taxpayers and the funding money is for corporate federal programs. Get rid of the corporate federal programs and agencies, and there will be little need for funding as the burden on the citizens of the states to comply in exchange for otherwise unneeded funds diminishes exponentially.

The sad truth is that our governors will throw the door wide open to more encroachment and most all legislators will follow suit. Hard times are coming for the heartland as agricultural land is seized and property rights are trashed.

- Reports that the culprit of the mass shooting at a Labour youth camp outside Oslo, who early indications show killed at least 25 people, was a blonde-haired Norwegian man, fit perfectly into the recent propaganda campaign to hype the “white Al-Qaeda” as the most deadly terror threat. Self-proclaimed security experts quoted by Reuters are already predicting the blame will “fall on both Islamists and right-wing extremists,” in some form of alliance that led to a “hybrid assault,” which in an of itself is a ludicrous notion but does serve to link anti-government sentiment amongst the host population with Muslim terrorism, which has been the goal all along.

- As Kurt Nimmo reports, the man accused of leading the group blamed by some for the bombing, Mullah Krekar, has had dealings with the CIA previously, having been approached to work with them in 2005. Members of Krekar’s group, Ansar al-Islam, are veterans of the CIA-ISI collaborative war against the Soviets in Afghanistan.
