East Coast Liberal...

Actually, only the East Coast part is correct.
I'm strong LDS, live in PA, tend to be conservative, and am pretty well fed up with both of the major political parties.
Looking for some good political / social discussion within an LDS framework. I haven't lurked on the site long enough to know how much venting goes on when people need a place to bemoan the current political / economic / social situation, but there's plenty of fodder out there to let steam off about.
Look forward to interacting with you!

You have no idea what you are in for Joe. Hate to ruin the ending, but Satan controls the world. Welcome.

No surprise ending there. I've known for quite a while that the god of this world is busy consolidating his hold on things. Still quite a bit of goodness around, but it seems to be shrinking steadily.
It makes one look forward to Zion.
I'll be nosing around to see where I want to put my toe in the water...

Sounds to me like you'll fit right in.
