Stumbled across these amazing exercises and they really do work. They help the body to release stress and tension with very little effort. There are tons more but here are a few samples:

Note: It is normal to cry when doing the first one.

Thanks! I’m looking forward to it. I’ve got all sorts of knots in my neck, shoulders and back all the time!

I love being active and as a former athlete any therapy or excercise that help you perform and recover better is important.
Yoga and simple stretching is hard, it require patience, concentration and more patience, stuff i am not good at.
That being said I randomly came across this video and thought it was interesting, talking about the deeper origins and meaning of yoga.

It’s 2.5 hours long, so I have not watched it yet. But do you believe yoga is evil?
One of the commenters on the video said that she could see people’s auras and it freaked her out, so she ran back to the Catholic Church. Lol Is seeing auras bad? I’ve never heard of such a thing!

For many people, if it's not in the Bible (or a prophet didn't say it was ok): it's from Satan, especially if science doesn't accept it as truth. It's a very simplistic way of looking at the world that keeps people blind and unthinking to some truths and helps, such as:
"I can't read the Book of Mormon, my preacher said it's evil. It came from Satan. Joseph Smith had contact with Satan and early church members had contact with evil spirits. Your temple ceremonies came from the Masons, who are trying to rule the world."
