Never let the government tell you what to produce. That is the customers job.

They know they can get a free handout from taxpayers for proving that they are too stupid to be considered human. Maybe a big university will hire Jim Farley to teach a class on making a profit by stealing from taxpayers.
A good manager could make Ford profitable in less than 15 minutes. GM, too. Close shop. Fire every last union worker. Hire legitimate workers. Give them a share of profits.
As long as we have unions, we will have bankruptcies. Problem is that democrats think big companies are too big to fail. Bankruptcy is the correct answer. If they are to stupid to realize that a profit means selling for more than the cost of production, they have no business being in business. Shareholders can eat sh!t and die. No sympathy for idiots.
No government handouts. Run a business correctly or die. Have standards. Like if you don't know what sex you are, you can't work here.

It's worked for "Elon" as some people here insist on calling him. He has built an entire electric car industry on government subsidies.

Yeah, but so far the only infrastructure that supports a pure electric vehicle market exists in urban and suburban California.

I am surprised how many Tesla charging stations are showing up in the Midwest although I never see them actually being used.

They have the opposite problem in some places. Apparently some people have been fighting over the handful of charging points in cities.

Vanguard and BlackRock are major shareholders of the Ford motor company and there is your problem. These organizations who own most of the large corporations are satanic in nature and use their influence to pollute and corrupt our world and our society. We empower these evil corporations by using money and purchasing their wares. The ONLY solution to our woes is to repent and live the covenant as described in the Book of Mormon wherein we eliminate poverty and class distinction. Our desire for stuff and the good life is what creates the problem.
I've watched a few YouTube videos about Ford's EV problems and it is obvious that the CEO's arm is being twisted, just like the Bud Light CEO who tried to defend the decision to anger most of its customers by catering to sexual deviants. These two POS have sold their souls for a buck and are lying to our faces. My wish is to see Ford, Target, MicroSoft... crash and burn to the ground. It's what they and we deserve.

That's right, these CEOs are puppets to the United Nations agenda 2030. They were put into these positions for this exact purpose. Profitability was never the main goal.

That’s not true we have Tesla charging stations all across Kansas. While still not common here I do see their cars in town quit often.

I don't trash Elon for taking free money. He doesn't have a union shop and so he doesn't have guns to his head telling him how to do things. Also, he thinks different. He uses giga presses. The other fake automakers are ten years behind in catching up to someone that can think with no gun to his head.
I bought a Ford truck and decided to never do that again as long as I lived. The worst turning radius on earth. Google it. Something as simple as being able to park or maneuver has the brain challenged Ford at worst ever built.
No innovation at Ford. Workers are not allowed to do a different job description that would make things more efficient as the union prevents it. No incentive to be creative. Just dumb arses worshiping satan for 8 hours.
Unions destroyed Detroit. Next goal, the world.

I agree 100% with you about unions but I doubt these organizations could exist if large corporations treated and paid their employees fairly.
I remember when a pickup truck was a utility vehicle with a metal dashboard, a bench seat and rubber matts on the floor. Today's trucks are better appointed than most people's homes. I just don't get it.

Companies have to deal with government safety rules. Beyond that they cater to the upper middle class.

Yes, and the governments get their instructions from the same people who print their currency and the same people who are able to purchase so much of our world's corporations.

The Ford Motors Corporation exists to make money. I wonder what kind of power or influence moved the corporation to commit to such a money losing venture. It is certainly an influence outside of their publicly stated purposes.
When a corporation, like Ford Motors, or LDS Inc does things contrary to their stated purposes and wandering away from their past...I think it is safe to consider the possibility they are being influenced by a higher power.

Ford is jealous of Musk. Not only for the millions in subsidies, but also because Elon knows how to make cars and Ford does not. It's like the battle between Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk. Both qualify for free money, but Bezos rockets don't work. Neither Bezos or Farley realize that you get better performance out of people if you don't treat them like sh!t. Somebody sniveled about non union jobs not paying as much. Sometimes that is true. But respect goes a long way. When Bezos figures that out, his rockets may work. Ever talk with an Amazon driver? They absolutely hate their job.
When Elon bought Twitter and fired 70% of the workers, people asked him how he can run on such short help. He replied something to the effect that you don't need scum and filth to succeed.
Elon does not even need the subsidies he gets. Because his business is profitable. He allows people to think instead of being slaves. He doesn't come up with all of those nifty ideas himself. His engineers are allowed to use their brains. He put a woman in charge of SpaceX and she brought in a monstrous contract. Neither Bezos or Farley dare do that because the dimwit CEO of GM is a loser.

Ford is like a company that refuses to change just because electricity is now available.

The problem is government subsidizing things people don't want, but forward agendas.
For example, our local food bank has pallets and pallets of beyond meat fake jerky They literally can't give the stuff away. People won't eat it, people won't take it home and trash it.
Funny thing is, at the store it is like $18 a bag. Is anyone really buying it? I can't imagine.
My guess is no. It is just gov subsidized production, then to the store, then to the food bank, then to the trash.
I have yet to meet a person who will eat it, even the ones that are not at all picky can't get that down their throats.
I tasted a bite once, against my better judgement. For like 5 seconds it is not great, but not horrible, then a taste comes that is so gross you just have to spit it out. I've seen it happen to others as well more than once.
Inedible.

We need to be growing our own, just like the potheads. I've worked in food manufacturing most of my life and the ones who run these companies do not give a rat's behind about our health

Growing your own brought weak Mexican pot from the 70s to a high quality product. The idiot that decided to make God's plant illegal should have got the death penalty, but it did introduce a new way to make money. Now the retards complain that the cartels have too much money and power. Well, the government morons made it so on purpose when they showed their hatred for God's plant. All they have to do to break the cartels is start having respect for God and make all of his creations legal. Then every home would have a plant for medicinal purposes and there would no longer be millions of dollars for the cartels. Pot would be like dandelions. Why would I pay for one, I have plenty in my yard.

Want a job at Ford? Just promise to vote democrat, never be creative, and promise to never outshine the dimwits.
Want a job at Tesla? Completely different story...
