We were discussing this at dinner last night. I have heard absolutely nothing on our local news about this massive storm and the devastation. Very odd as Houston usually reports on all hurricanes that hit the US and Mexico.

Acapulco is four hours south of me. We did receive minor impacts from the storm, namely, some rain, which has subsided today.

There was virtually no warning from the storm, and when there was a warning, it was for a minimal category 1 storm. NOT for a category 5 storm.

There was a similar storm called Patricia some years back that hit the Mexican West coast near Vallarta. The oceanic conditions (SSTS about 85 degrees Fahrenheit) are very similar to those in Acapulco (84-88 degrees). But well before the storm hit the Mexican coast, it was already weakening because of mountain interaction.

There are likewise many mountains close to Acapulco and this would have disrupted the circulation of the hurricane well before it hit Acapulco. But this did NOT happen. THAT BY ITSELF, ALL OTHER THINGS NOTWITHSTANDING, IS SUSPICIOUS.

Acapulco is a resort city that was pretty much Mexico's most famous place for tourists before Cancun got developed. The city is surrounded by mountains on three sides and a big bay and ocean on another, but there is a valley in the city's western two-thirds which accounts for the flatter area. The beach on that side is south-facing so they would have had the full brunt of the hurricane.

Most high buildings in the zone are very sturdy because they are rated for earthquakes up to magnitude 9. However, there were many windows that were blown up. Some scenes in the city are eerily reminscient to Gaza's current state, where thousands have been killed.

There is NO CHANCE IN HELL that there are only 27 deaths. The death toll is at minimum several hundred and more than likely a couple thousand. One thing you can count on the Mexican government doing is underreporting death and damage in natural disasters. As Jack Sparrow said, YOU CAN ALWAYS TRUST A DISHONEST PERSON TO BE DISHONEST.

The satellite presentation of the hurricane only really started to improve markedly at 1200 hours local time, 12 hours before the hurricane hit Acapulco. Right when there was a Hurricane Hunter flying over the hurricane to give readouts, and then at 1400 local time, it was reported that the aircraft detected a marked increase in top speed from 80 miles an hour to 110 miles an hour. This strengthening continued until landfall when winds were clocked at 165 miles an hour.

This hurricane set two very significant records. One was that it progressed from a tropical storm to a category 5 in less than 24 hours. The other is that it’s the strongest hurricane to ever hit the Pacific side of Mexico.

The powers that be do NOT want this investigated, so we are hearing crickets.

Smells Deep State cabal markers all over. Instead of fire (DEW) that was done for Lahaina. They used wind and rain (DEW) for Acapulco.

Reported October 20th

Little blue blob called Tropical storm Norma and it was a Cat 3 then.

Everyone knew it was there, they assumed it would dissipate to a tropical storm.

Did someone change the weather?

Or is it from a weakening magnetic field?

With all these tourist resorts being hit by bad weather and fires – Hawaii, Rhodes, Ibiza etc – it's surprising that nothing has affected Davos. That town was a resort long before Klaus Schwab moved in.

I heard about both of those records on NPR yesterday. Not sure what you mean about an investigation?

I've never seen such devastation
oh how can they go on?

Although I understand there was no rain (or very little).

Mexican government being accused by outsiders of slowing or stopping aid to the survivors. Looting has commenced in the poorer regions of the city.

Official death toll is 39 though as I said that is a SEVERELY underreported number.

Just a question that gives me pause.... Is someone purposely wiping out prime real estate?

It seems to be in places that are well known as holiday destinations.

I forgot to mention Sardinia. There's another one.
