An “election denier” has been elected Speaker of the House

Post by BuriedTartaria »

An “election denier” has been elected speaker of the house.

Mike Johnson is the new speaker of the house. He’s also expressed sentiment that has caused establishment arms to label him an election denier.

Four turnings theory on society says in a fourth turning, we see the end of corrupt institutions, making room for new institutions to grow and usher in a new 1st turning, starting a new cycle with strong institutions, and society having a healthy, collective identity.

The theory suggests families growing up in a 1st turning environment tend to be strong

Mainstream media and Hollywood are burning down while alternative thinking figures (Tucker, Russel Brand, Bill Maher, RFK, Trump, Elon, etc) seem to be having some sort of soft/informal alliance that pulls away the audience our legacy media used to have sway over.

A growing amount of people simply do not care or believe in what legacy news tells them.

Interesting times.

I hope he sticks to his guns and continues to maintain that the election was indeed stolen from Trump.

Here's what we know about Mike Johnson:

1) He's also "one of the smartest and most principled opponents of the US Security State (CIA/FBI) and its attempt to control online political speech," according to Glenn Greenwald.

2) FLASHBACK: MIKE JOHNSON “We've had record levels of illegal immigration, a rapid decline in deportations, skyrocketing fentanyl deaths across our country — and the Secret Service… can't determine who left cocaine at the White House?”

3) (here's possibly one of the best reasons to like Mike Johnson) House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) said on CNN that Johnson "appears to be an extreme-right wing ideologue," citing Johnson's previous positions on abortion, Social Security, and the 2020 election.

"Those are extreme views," he said, adding that Democrats "would have been open to" empowering Rep. Patrick T. McHenry (R-NC), the speaker pro tempore, as a bipartisan olive branch to reopen the House and avert the election of a 'far-right speaker.'

4) Johnson was elected to Congress in 2016, making him the most junior lawmaker in decades to become speaker. He may also be the most conservative. As an evangelical Christian, Johnson is the former chairman of the Republican Study Committee, and has sponsored legislation which effectively bars the discussion of sexual orientation or gender identity for those below the age of 10 at any school which receives federal funds.

5) Johnson has notably opposed more funding for Ukraine.

6) Mike Johnson grills AG Merric Garland:

7) Mike Johnson pointed out that Nancy Pelosi committed a crime when she destroyed official US documents by tearing up Trump;s state of the union address: Much has been said over the last 24 hours about Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s antics during President Donald J. Trump’s delivery of his State of the Union address last night. Her dramatic facial expressions and eyerolling were enough to violate the rules of decorum and the traditions of civility in the House, but when she ripped up the written document on live television, she crossed a different line.
Reaction to Pelosi’s outrageous display has been swift—ranging from calls for her resignation to a request for an investigation by the House Committee on Ethics. While it is obvious the Speaker broke House Rule XXIII (the “Code of Official Conduct”), her supporters are working overtime to dismiss the very serious charge that she actually committed a crime. Below are initial responses to the primary questions being raised.

So far, he appears to be a terrific pick! Well done house!!

Hopefully he fast-tracks Biden's impeachment.

This is what Romney had to say about him:

“Apparently experience isn’t necessary for the speaker job”

“We’re down to folks who haven’t had leadership or chairmanship role which means their administration of the House will be a new experience for them.”

What's the saying, the enemy of my enemy is my friend?
