All, I replied to another post with the below post, but then got thinking it may be a good topic in and of itself. My main point in doing so is to see how many are aware not only of the term "color of law", but to find out how many understand how it applies to them, how the gov uses it to subject us, and what we can do to fight back against it. Most of what our government is doing right now is NOT the law of the land; killer jab mandates were NOT legal, if you look at the actual law, which is the constitution. FDA's own codes state that you cannot be forced to take any medical therapy, including any emergency use "vaccine" without full disclosure to you, and then only if you are given the choice. What they did, was very illegal, but they control the legal system for the most part and were able to get away with it for some time, before federal courts shut them down, but, because they control the courts, they have never been held accountable for their crimes. our governments. virtually ALL of them, operate under what is known as "statutory" law, not the common or "plain" law of the land. In court, this is often referred to as "the color of law", which, if proved, is a felony. the expression. or legal term "color of law", came about due to the unconstitutional Jim Crowe Laws, where many legislatures in the south passed laws that separated colored folks from white folks in restaurants, busses, drinking fountains, etc... none of which was legal under the plain language of the common law, which is the constitution.
And, believe it or not, the use of the "color of law", by our governments against us is totally prevalent today, and extremely difficult to unwind. Here's an example; most of if not all governments are corporations, complete with assigned Dunn and Bradstreet numbers - you can actually go to Dunn and Bradstreet (who openly endorses and promo tes ESG) and type in your City's name and they will give you their respective number! Remember, corporations have no legal hold on anyone or anything they did not "create" or, in other words, that they have a contract with, Let that sink in... In other words, all those codes and regulations from municipalities, cities, townships, etc..., are ILLEGAL. But make no mistake about it - fighting city hall, is not for the faint hearted. They have the high paid attorney's and the district judges pretty much on their side. But having said that, I am currently being sued by my local city gov (Magna Metro Township) for not getting a permit to add a 1 car garage onto my existing 2 car garage/home. Obviously I know I will ultimately win. I have some very knowledgeable and capable patriots assisting me with the court docs required, and just 2 days ago we filed a motion to dismiss that will make these attorney's crap their pants... but I digress. If you're interested in the actually filings it's civil court district 3 filing # 230907169, with the "honorable" Judge Keith Kelly. If that name doesn't ring a bell, he is the judge that suspended our legislature's law against biological men in girls bathrooms. See what I mean about judges being in bed with the higher powers?
This is another way I personally am fighting back against tyranny. I am currently taking a course called "how to win in court without a lawyer" by an attorney named Frederick Graves. I could not praise the course higher, and as Dr. Graves says "if you don't know your rights AND how to defend them, then you have no rights". The color of law or "lawfare" is HOW our tyrants are destroying our country - Marc Elias for the dems anyone? If you're interested in doing so yourself, you can take Dr. Grave's course "How to win in court without a lawyer". It costs $249, but he explains things so well. There is nothing else out there like it! I love it! and, Dr. Graves pays A min of $50 for referral who sign up for his course. Dr. Graves also has several YouTube clips where you can see who he is, and learn his thoughts. I also highly recommend the free Website "Affidavits101.com", as well as the Telegram site by the same. They are both ran by James Tracy, a true patriot who is getting some national recognition now. He actually wrote my "motion to dismiss" for me, that I submitted a couple of days ago.
Wow, did I ever stray off topic there. But what I'm trying to point out is that the church is giving in to the color of law, NOT the actual law of the land, the CONSTITUTION. Christ did not, nor would he ever do that! Amen! Fight back! Yes, I'm risking everything. No risk, no reward!

They're using Admiralty or Maritime law (the law of the sea), as opposed to Natural or Common law (the law of the land), to control and litigate us.
We need to remove ourselves from our legal fiction and operate as a free man upon the land. We're not a Mr or a Mrs, or a person.
Notice how whenever you enter a financial arrangement, loan, credit agreement, mortgage etc, or even a mobile phone contract, you have to declare your title (Mr etc), and if you don't the application cannot proceed? That's because they can only do business with your legal fiction, the strawman created with the issuing of your birth certificate.
It's a fascinating subject.

* de facto ("day facto")
De jure means something is legally established and de facto means something is the reality. De jure is authority and de facto is power.
Something can be one or the other. De jure isn't necessarily nice or good, but it does have full legal authority. A civilised country will tend to have better laws but they are not perfect. Then you have somewhere like PR China where you can either argue there has no been a truly legitimate government since the 1930s or further back; or you can say the CCP is the legit authority despite its disgusting behaviour. It's been de facto for decades, but its de jure status is arguable. There was corruption, warlords and the Japanese before the CCP got into power.
In some areas, you have gangs. They are the de facto power, especially in places like Northern Mexico and Colombia where they can be more powerful than the government. (If the real government there is corrupt and weak it is neither de facto nor de jure)
