Obviously, that was an inspired calling. Who caused this calling to be made? How many more reasons do I need to walk away? Equity is a financial term and lenses are things photographers are interested in. I'm not even going to look up that org. Bathe them in poison from birth and they won't even notice they're sick. I'm not even sure he is. He is more like what Lenin called a "useful idiot", i.e. a type of fellow traveller who doesn't stand in the way. The more I look at Nelson, the clearer it becomes that he has not had an original idea in his presidency other than going round renaming everything... and I'm sceptical of that too.

The LDS is a) a product of the milieu it finds itself in; b) partnered up with certain organisations to expand its influence, but has ended up being influenced rather than been an influencer; and c) has been actively re-engineered by members who have been brainwashed themselves.

The individual principles are fine, but the challenge we run into is who is defining and enforcing DE&I. What are the real ramification to DE&I? In the end, someone is telling you how to think, feel, and believe. It is making a homogenous society that neither believes nor thinks for themselves. Individual thought and autonomy is removed. It becomes a society that thinks it is governed by the masses, but is really governed by a few select individuals or entities.

Can anyone tell me what ranking or scoring system is used for business? I seem to recall that one of the reasons businesses are jumping on the bandwagon with many of these social trends (to their financial detriment) is because in the end their ranking to the banking system is more important long term.

I think it’s fitting that she was called to the RS board since she claims to influence the thinking of 0-3 year olds. Getting to the mothers/caregivers is the only way to do that.

The church is already doing this. Testimony meetings are already echo chambers of reciprocating beliefs. “A testimony is gained in the bearing of it.” is a false belief. It’s literal “bearing false witness.” The addition of DE&I will only hasten the homogenous testimony meeting.
