Yes I believe so. The world is getting increasingly unstable and many will take advantage of that fact. We will have a little demonstration here, and there until it becomes more like an active war.
America is fracturing right before our eyes.

He wants Muslims to send him money.
I could imagine a scenario where the Dems give all the Palestinians asylum in the U.S. and start flying them in.

This guy says it was a planned event intended to create a socialist coup in Israel.

Re: Is 'Jihad' Coming to the U.S.?
..... and the flip side of this. I live in an area of Houston with many Middle Eastern people nearby. There is a mosque less than 5 miles from me. (But then again, there is also a Buddhist temple and 15-20 other churches near including 1 LDS chapel.
Yesterday I drove to a car lot to pick up license plates for a used truck we had purchased. The gate was locked so I called the owner to let him know I was there. He said that they have to keep the gate locked now because of death threats to his two Middle Eastern employees. What a way for my fellow Texans to foster the love of Christ! (just sayin.... it is a two-way street).

Re: Is 'Jihad' Coming to the U.S.?
Lots of chatter about tomorrow and this weekend.
Violence in support of Palestinians.
Going home this weekend from working out of town.
Gonna go to a different chapel on Sunday. Our regular ward building is right next to a Jewish center, and down the street is a Jewish school…

Violent attacks on Jewish mosques on the Sabbath? What could possibly go wrong?

I am also hearing chatter from security companies in Texas who are on alert. Some feel that the attack on Israel was a practice run for a larger scale attack on the US . If you hear the truth of the large numbers of military age men swarming through our porous southern border, you too would understand their concerns. There are high numbers of Chinese and Middle Eastern men. Moreso than the "families" which are reported on the news.JK4Woods wrote: ↑October 12th, 2023, 9:49 pm Lots of chatter about tomorrow and this weekend.

"Up to 1 million Gaza refugees looking for new homes and U.S. is first to raise its hand
When will we ever learn.
Palestinians coming to America? Yes, that’s what a group of Democrats in Congress are already clamoring for.
..
Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Rick Scott (R-Fla.) said they would oppose Palestinian resettlement efforts here. (Just wait, they’ll come around, they always do, as this means more cheap labor for their donors.)
“The U.S. is the most generous nation in the world, but we are in no position to accept additional refugees, especially from a region with as high a risk of terrorism, given our nation’s inability to secure our own border or vet those who are already here,” Rubio told The Post.
Scott added that “the entire focus of the United States right now should be on rescuing American hostages, and making sure that Israel has every resource needed to defeat Iran backed-Hamas and defend its homeland.”
Cotton said “Iran should take responsibility for any Palestinian refugees caused by its proxy . . . war with Israel. Iran is responsible for the death and destruction — it should be responsible for refugees as well.”
The White House repeatedly refused to say whether it would be open to accepting refugees from the conflict.
“We continue to provide support to Palestinian refugees through the UN,” a spokesman said. “The United States also has a worldwide refugee resettlement program in partnership with The UN Refugee Agency.”
Mariana Dahan, founder of the World Identity Network Foundation, estimated the “conflict . . . may add over 1 million people to the already staggering number of 6 million Palestinian refugees in the world.”

If they resettle them here, we get what we deserve. The Arab nations have refused to take them for 70 years. Anyone know why?

Re: Is 'Jihad' Coming to the U.S.?
I don't believe an all out jihad will come here to the United States, because, there are far too many good people who are ready to take it to them hard if they come here to try it. Now, that being said, do I think there will be another terrorist attack inside the US of A? Absofreakinlutely I do. I believe the next one will pale 9-11 in comparison. In fact, I think there will likely be several "hits," either simultaneously, or in rapid succession.

Re: Is 'Jihad' Coming to the U.S.?
It started years ago. The USA has funded Islamic extremism in Libya, Afghanistan, Syria, Egypt and even Saudi Arabia for political purposes. Probably against Russia in Dagestan and Chechnya. It has ensured that a mediaeval regime controls Mecca and Medina (Saudi Arabia), the prime Muslim holy sites. It has also supported Israel in its excesses. That is all a recipe for disaster.
Hollywood even made films in the eighties glorifying the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan and now their ideological descendants harass the west.
