Joseph Smith: Fulfillment of the Words of God Given by Moses

My intention for this post is thank my heavenly Father, the Lord Jesus Christ, for giving me access to the fulness of the gospel as contained in the Book of Mormon. Within that sacred book is the clear doctrine of Christ showing He is an unchangeable God. What a blessing to me and potentially to the world! I know many of you have received a witness of the Book of Mormon for which the Lord will hold you accountable.

What a GREAT TEST the Lord gave us in His using a weak vessel like Joseph Smith to bring forth the Book of Mormon, and then allowing him to be turned over to satan! Not only did Joseph Smith fall, but satan used him to potentially lead away anyone trying to come unto Christ with real intent. Satan achieved this by giving the world - in opposition to the Book of Mormon - the Doctrine and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price, Inspired Version, Egyptian Alphabet and Grammar, etc., through Joseph Smith. (see Book of Commandments, chapters 2-15)

For anyone wanting a fairly decent analysis of of how this came about, please see my posts, "Deviations From The Original Truths" parts 1-10. Seeing that the information presented in those posts received minimal observation, I am compelled via this posts to make my LAST attempt to help present the One and Only True God.

2)And the sign or the wonder come to pass (like the prophecy on the Civil War), whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods,(this Joseph Smith did in abandoning the God of the Book of Mormon and declaring the god he believed in is an exalted man ((see King Follet discourse)) with many wives ((D&C 132)); and in adopting the tenets of masonry including swearing oaths in twisted temple ordinances worshiping lucifer as revealed by 33rd degree masons) which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;

3)Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet (D&C, DHC, etc.), or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

4)Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

5)And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death (Carthage, IL) because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee. (Deuteronomy 13)

Joseph wasn't a false prophet

As I've pondered all the hurt and robbery the churches who blasphemy the name of the Lord have caused the truth, a few SCRIPTURES come to mind. Those that are adorning the sepulchers of false prophets are in many ways more guilty of heinous crimes against God by perpetuating and defending evil when it should be exposed and repented of. Personally I believe the damage done to my family is a sin which is nearly unpardonable. As the church of the devil continues its inevitable decline and destruction, those who condone its evil will be held accountable before God some day.

42)But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Joseph wasn't a false prophet

He doesn't think he's a false prophet. He thinks he was a true prophet who then became a fallen prophet.

In fairness, any Christian who studies the Nauvoo Era doctrines would conclude the same.

To be fair to Joseph, he may very well turn out to be an intercessory prophet, which is a greater honor than just being a prophet.
