Due to an overwhelming demand ... and feeling a need to defend the original truths of 1827 - 1829, I will be stating herein some discussion points in piecemeal fashion. Rather than present all 30 plus at once, this will give anyone interested opportunity to absorb and research the ideas and comments if interested. These points are mainly from a gentleman named Richard Bauman taken from his series entitled "What Happened To The Church". However, I believe he demonstrates great scholarship. Many of the Book of Mormon references are given as the RLDS version.

21. Feb. 1832 Joseph & Sidney work on the "New Translation" (Inspired Version of the Holy Scriptures). Joseph receives a "revelation" on the Order of Enoch and the church of Enoch and the glories. It is important to note that the word "Enoch does not exist in the Book of Mormon. Neither do the words "glories", "celestial", nor "terrestrial", but THEY ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE VOCABULARY AND RELIGION OF THE MASONS!!! What I'm about to
tell you is so important that I must take the space to expand on it.
First of all you need to understand that masonry has two aspects: Operative, which is how the mason is to act in this life and, secondly, Speculative, which is the philosophy or the next life. Before me is a copy of the COMPREHENSIVE MASONIC CONCORDANCE, which is found in the back of the MASONIC EDITION OF THE HOLY BIBLE, and was compiled by CC. . Hunt, P.G.H.P. 33rd degree, the 33rd degree representing the thinking at the top of the society. This "Concordance" differs from regular concordances, which give the locations where particular
words are found, in that it gives the definitions of words and the meanings to the phrases in the religions!
Masonry believes in two Enochs, (1) the son of Cain, that Cain built a city for, and called it the City of Enoch, and Cain is distinguished as the First Operative Mason, and (2) the descendent of Seth, who prophesies of the flood. He is the father of Speculative Masonry.
On p.156 of their concordance, we read: "Legend of Enoch... Masonic Legend. The Masonic legend of Enoch is thus told by Anderson in his Constitutions of 1723: By some vestiges of antiquity we find Enoch prophesying of the final conflagration at the Day of Judgement as St. Jude tells, and likewise of the general deluge for the punishment of the world". (Read the Account of the prophecy of Enoch in either the Doctrine & Covenants or the Inspired Version), Brothers and sisters remember also, that the President of the Mormon Historical Society
said the "Legend of Enoch" was in American Masonic print in 1802..." From p. 199 of their concordance, we read: "A later legend ascribes the erection of the pillars to Enoch, who inscribed on them the liberal arts and sciences, including the principles of Freemasonry."
From p.160 I quote: "Cain's Enoch". Cain built a city and named it Enoch after the name of his son Enoch, and thus became the first. Operative Mason.
p. 3, The compiler of the Masonic Concordance himself says in the Introduction:
"Freemasonry is an organized society of men symbolically applying the principles of operative masonry...
Obviously, then Masons are to apply the principles of Cain.
Over and over the Lord tells us in the Book of Mormon that there has been, is, and will be a
secret society that looks to Cain as the author!
Wake Up! Wake Up! Wake Up! Brothers and Sisters that have the Holy Book of Mormon! Read Ether 8. In those scriptures Moroni tells us that it was this same secret society that caused the destruction of the Jaredites. It was this same secret society that caused the destruction of the Nephites. And it will be this same secret society that will cause the destruction of the Gentiles. THAT'S US! From that scripture you will notice the following

". The oaths...which had been handed down even from Cain...Wherefore, O ye Gentiles, it is wisdom in God that these things should be shown unto you, that thereby ye may repent of your sins, and suffer not that these murderous combinations shall get above you .... for it cometh to pass that whoso buildeth it up, seeketh to overthrow the freedom of all lands, nations and countries; And it bringeth to pass the destruction of all people, for it is built up by the devil, who is the father of all lies; even that same liar who beguiled our first parents;.."
