It can be so easy to judge others in the LDS church

Including makeup.

Erase that pretentiousness we all have.

The reveal of our flaws would level us to the same status.

Naked and afraid.

Modestly of course.
😆

I’ve never gone to any of these meet ups but it’s interesting... 😄

I've actually been to a nude beach.

Never even took my tee shirt off.

From what I could tell.

Mostly 80% gay guys.

Malibu, CA so of course.

And except for the Playboy models.

Who scowled at us young would be voyeurs.

The remaining ladies were mostly grandma's.

So, pretty sure the LDS group would be about the same

In Europe.

I hear things are more balanced.

Less sexualized.

Nowadays.

I would only interest the fishes nibbling on my toes.

😂
Sex appeal changes as we get older. I think it’s God’s way of helping us let go of the carnal before fully letting go physically.

I must have missed the nude Malibu beach. There’s a great “Michael Landon Park” a bunch of us played at & below it - all clothed humans.

Once we went off-roading in the hills in so ca & got lost. So a couple of us began walking & heard voices but as we got closer, we realized it was a nudist group - mostly older people. Gave us directions- which somehow we processed. 😄 Again, letting go of the carnal!

Oh my goodness. I certainly hope they do not hold a small devotional when they gather.

"I would be remiss if I didn't bare my soul and share my testimony ..."
My guess is they did (do if still around).

Maybe ties are required… 😁

In my view, the one, single thing that would bring greatest unity to the Church would be a shared spiritual condition of a genuine broken heart and contrite spirit, which is the sacrifice that we are all supposed to bring to the table at this point. And if that were the case, I don’t think that we’d even need to be talking about clothes or unity, or a whole bunch of other stuff that seems to occupy our superficial priorities.

Darn unitarians! They always seem to find their way into this forum.
Are you sure you want that? Lol...this might be very scary for those who may look upon the sight unexpectedly....lol....trauma care maybe needed by some and once seen can't be unseen even if the flaws were covered up again...lol..it would be revealing for sure!.....lol.....just the thought that could happen is way too much for me......lol....

Edit to add: In Full disclothesure, I think it would be a huge mistake to see most of the women and men in anyones ward in the buff....lol.....
