Utah tea parties tomorrow

Post by Col. Flagg »

While WND has found information for more than 700 tea parties, the American Family Association is reporting Tax Day protests for 2,000 cities – and Tax Day Tea Party claims the movement has now spread overseas.

With less than two days before citizens take to the streets, the mainstream media are beginning to report the widespread movement – but many major outlets are doing so in critical columns and television reports.
Is anyone going to any of the ones here in Utah? I plan on attending the one in Provo from 5:00-7:00. If anyone else who is a regular member here in the forum is also planning to go, let me know... I'd like to meet you there so we can stand together and protest against a criminal, oppressive, tyrannical, reckless, out of control federal 'government', with the private 'Fed' leading the way! If anyone is interested, here is where tea parties will be held in Utah tomorrow...

Utah

Logan – Wednesday, April 15, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., 241 North Main Street, south of city hall

Provo – Wednesday, April 15, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., old Utah County courthouse at corner of University and Center

Richfield – Wednesday, April 15, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., City Park, 3rd N. Main Street

Salt Lake City – Wednesday, April 15, downtown Salt Lake City, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at federal building plaza, 125 South State Street -- also -- 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at post office in Salt Lake City, 1795 W. 2100

St. George – Wednesday, April 15, time and location to be announced

Here Here, I fully expect police actions against these protest and I expect they will find that a few of these folks, as Celente said, "When they lose eveything and have nothing else to lose, they lose it." Things could spiral out of the favor of the decent American tonight. Here's hoping it doesnt.

I suppose I'm looking at these tea parties a bit different. I'm all for our country being cleansed, and these protests are helping to cause the great division among the people that will precede that cleansing. I'll be in Provo, with my video camera, If it isn't raining, my health won't permit me standing out in the rain, with or without an umbrella!

Bob, have you looked outside... it's snowing like crazy! But... I'll take snow over rain anyday, especially for an event like this since you won't get soaked to the bone. I, too, am planning on being there with my video camera. :D Where are you going to be? Maybe we could meet up?

Its raining here, I'm thirty miles S of Provo. We'll have to see! I'll be close to the corner of University and Center streets, "if" I can get out of my car.

I'll be watching the weather reports.
