So..... my wife had a conversation yesterday with someone. This person said that they know a boy who transitioned to be a girl and a girl who transitioned to be a boy.... and they are dating each other.

girl dates boy?! ...and they can technically have a child together, the "boy" carrying the child.

Yes, there have been effeminate men and masculine women since the dawn of time, and cross dressers, a few that have castrated themselves etc but there certainly haven't been people taking hormones for the rest of their lives or wandering around with breast enlargements and full scale surgery. Those are new phenomena, as is the pride flag, alphabet soup/pronoun business.

They gaslight everyday. It's what they do. It's who they are. Someday, they shall say,

It makes me sad for they were our brethren but they and their fathers gave themselves to be deceived and will suffer the wrath of God.

Yes it is! Can you even imagine him counseling students. My heart hurts just thinking about the poor parents who send their kids to him!!

The idea of a shrink being nuttier than their patients is a cliché, but not always without merit. As I've said elsewhere, some exhibit domineering and authoritarian viewpoints and unethical behaviour, while others join the profession in order to rectify their own problems at some level. Others also manage to become influenced by some of their patients.

I have found that most psychologists and counselors are very unstable people themselves and are unfit to help anyone. It seems that their lack of control in their own lives draws them to the field as they think this actually qualifies them to help others.

I have met a few excellent counselors who have helped people immensely. But most just perpetuate and validate the wrong things and make the problems worse.

There was a photo making the rounds a few months ago of a trio of young sister missionaries who baptized a trans-man who was a psychologist as well. The facebook post referred to him as "her."
