This was written by Brzezinski, who was the lead foreign policy advisor to US Presidents LBJ, Carter and Obama.
This guy was also the mastermind of Mujahideen in Afghanistan in the 1980s.
However, born in Poland, he was consumed with irrational anti-Russia hatred.
Ironically, his Russophobia led him to support US policies that created the very “grand coalition” he warned about.
