Real Ireland. The Taoiseach (prime minister) Leo Varadkar, a Weffer stooge.

One of my favourite Irish musicians and one of the most under-appreciated guitar players, Rory Gallagher:

I understand he's in Washington with his HUSBAND right now, as guests of Pres. Biden.
As if Biden's not confused enough.

I don't know what it is, but I could tell this man is a Weffer just by looking at him. He fits the paradigm – he dresses in the same certain way that Macron, Trudeau etc do), looks utterly smug, ticks off two or three minority boxes and has almost nothing to do with the party or country he runs.
Varadkar's remit seems to be to merge Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael into one party, to bring Irish politics into line with the continent and UK. Both of these have tribalistic nationalist origins and localism which most outsiders barely . I wouldn't be surprised if they relaunched at some point with some bland, single-word, non-Gaelic title for "inclusivity". My prediction is that Sinn Fein will become the "republican" party while FF/FG will coalesce into a quasi-centrist party.
Ireland now has the equivalent of a Conservative-Labour or Republican-Democrat coalition in, thanks to Varadkar and Martin.
The latest WEF joke seems to be to instal people of murky family origins (Boris Johnson, Sunak, Tony Blair) or non-white ethnic appearance (Rishi Sunak, Suella Braverman, Priti Patel) and get them to rant about high immigration, while letting thousands in. The likes of Varadkar pretend to represent Irish Republican tradition while being interchangeable with the leader of any major European party.

Cool.
Someday, maybe I’ll go to Ireland. But I love trees and it seems to lack them.
About 1/2 way she speaks Spanish to a guy sitting against a tree who is speaking Portuguese. Reminds me of ward members asking me and a couple others to do a musical in Spanish for a Brazilian homecoming in Sacrament meeting.

I get to go watch one of my YW at her Irish dance concert tonight.
It's such a beautiful and unique form of dance.
