Add Missouri to those states delaying tax refunds

I told my husband we needed to file our tax return a whole heckuva lot sooner. And here I was, feeling sorry for those poor suckers in California, being grateful that Missouri was a little better managed.

Isn't it interesting that if you didn't pay your taxes you would get hit with pentalties and interest. I wonder if you could send them a bill with pentalties and interest.
