RMN's Bishop's contact information

Post by Light Seeker »

If one was interested in contacting RMN's Bishop to discuss some concerns how would one go about that ? Does anyone have insight on finding the information or does anyone know someone in that ward ? I know there are members here who reside in the wards of some members of the 12 so maybe one of you reside in his ward.

Which brings me to another point.; which ward? The Joseph Smith memorial building ward. The 1.2 million dollar home up on the mountain overlooking the valley or the one up in Brigham City?

Wonder if RMN’s rank and file are secret society members…

Hmmm.

How many men can serve two Masters?

I’ve been to this ward before. I thought it was just a missionary ward (unless they invited you along).

If you're thinking about contacting him about Nelson's behavior, I think the Q15 sign each other's recommends. They are beyond a paltry bishop or stake pres disciplining them. That's for the common people, not the elite (D&C notwithstanding).

RMN interviews his bishop, not vice versa.

The Presiding Bishop has the authority to convene a common council with 12 High Priests and discipline or remove the President of the Church or his counsellors, It’s only ever been convened twice and was used to excommunicate Pres. Sidney Rigdon.

I'm sure there's a procedure for the College of Cardinals to remove a Pope, but it's never used for similar reasons.

They do. My family was in Monson's ward for 18 years while he was pres. He said it in sacrament and joked that he signs the bishop's recommend, but he signs his own too. But as I understand they don't have actual recommends, they just walk in the special elite back entrance. (Monson had a secret back entrance on his property too - it was near our backyard ;) )
Point is, they just do what they want out of the public eye. Only we are required to have recommends.

Temple interviews and prayer circles invoke support for the president. A bishop is asked whether he accepts the president before he even conducts an interview.

However, I bet even Nelson has his confidantes. Who are they? Mrs. Nelson? Sheri? Family? Or one of the GAs?

They are a secret society playing one hand publicly, and the other privately. Whatever they show us is what they want us to see. Also they have advisors telling them the best decisions to make, not prayers telling them. I know one of them IRL. He advises on all kinds of things they claim to be praying about.
Of course they pillow talk, those wives are in the club too.

I don't think this is even hidden. Anyone who turned Nelson away from a temple door or recommend would get short shrift and that's purely from an organisational POV. They would look an idiot. I don't agree with a lot of what Nelson does, but it's effectively his outfit as we know.

I believe you about the advisors, but they need to purge some of them given some of the dreadful decisions they've made in recent years. But the "Church of Not-Mormon" business is clearly Nelson's own hobbyhorse and not from the advisors. GBH rightly took him to task on it thirty years ago. Every man, woman and dog outside the church still calls us Mormon.
