The Shackles of Tax Exemption 😳🔒

Post by mikewoodings »

This is an article that I came across the other day when I was reading the Pure Mormonism blog (it was linked on the blog). It's not too long of a read but I'll post some of the key points so that ya'll can get an idea of what it's about and if you feel like reading more then you can.

https://www.goodnewsaboutgod.com/studie ... /501c3.htm

- The article says that Lyndon B Johnson was a crypto-Jew masquerading as a Gentile in order to further the NWO agenda.

- When he was a Senator he proposed that churches be added to section 501c3 of the tax code in 1954.

- This appeared to give the churches a tax exemption but was really more like shackles. Under the 1st amendment churches are automatically tax exempt and have no need to apply to the IRS for a tax exemption. (Even in the IRS's written documents it states that churches are automatically exempt)

- There are a few reasons that churches apply for tax exemption; ignorance, bandwagon logic, or bad advice from attorneys or CPA's.

Appling for an IRS tax exemption causes some serious problems for the churches.

In Bob Jones University v. United States (461 U.S. 574), the U.S. Supreme Court noted the following about the government’s intended purpose for the 501c3:

The Court asserts that an exempt organization (one that has become a 501c3) must “demonstrably serve and be in harmony with the public interest,” must have a purpose that comports with “the common community conscience,” and must not act in a manner “affirmatively at odds with the declared position of the whole Government.” Taken together, these passages suggest that the primary function of a tax-exempt organization is to act on behalf of the Government in carrying out governmentally approved policies.

The article contains a list of over 50 rules that the IRS places on churches that have their tax exemption status. (I'll list a few)

Churches MUST NOT do the following:

2. Criticize the New World Order

10. Support or encourage a law-abiding citizen’s militia (even though this is constitutional).

14. Identify homosexuality as a sin and an abomination to God.

16. Appeal to peoples’ emotions by employing an evangelization method (such as “fire and brimstone” preaching) not considered a “reasoned approach” by the IRS.

23. Criticize the United Nations or such globalist groups as the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderbergers, and the Trilateral Commission.

24. Criticize the Masonic Lodge, the Order of Skull & Bones, or other Secret societies.

29. Support home schooling, home churches, or unregistered churches.

35. Advocate or teach any Bible doctrine that is politically or religiously incorrect, or is inconsistent with any “public policy” (abortion, feminism, gay rights, etc.) currently being enforced by the IRS.

Churches MUST:

41. Pastor must supply “names of all donors” – make books, records available.

44. Open its services to the public.

46. Not publicly oppose licensing of church ministries.

51. May NOT engage in activities “opposing pornography.”

52. May NOT support legislation saying “children belong to parents” rather than “the state.”

54. May not “oppose the public school system.”

55. May “not publicly declare” we are to “obey God rather than the government.”

56. May Not advocate support of the United States or state constitutions as the supreme law of the land. (Public policy takes precedence.)

The article says that this list was from the website Power of Prophecy from Pastor Texe Marrs. I tried to verify the information on here but I was unable to find it on his website. He was under investigation from the IRS so he probably experienced this first hand. This was the first time I had heard about him or really read anything about 501c3 Tax-Exempt Organizations so if anyone can add in their knowledge, experience, or insights that would be great!

As I was reading the list it was clear to see that the LDS corp is following these rules and would explain a lot of the current changes in church policy.

I personally believe that the ship went of course in the 1880-90's with Utah becoming a state, the Manifesto, and the Bohemian Grove incident with Willford Woodruff but I feel like this article gives a bit of clarity to anyone waiting for the church to take a stand against Babylon, the government, the gay/trans agenda, or Agenda 2030... Definitely won't be happening by the looks of it..
