At precisely high noon central time.

And listen for what numbers you hear,

especially regarding the white albino. :?:

Only a few minutes.

If Alexa goofs up Play KNBA, then try Play KNBA in Anchorage Alaska.

Ha,

Snow grrl reminds me of our recent forecast for Heavy “Snow”.

White albino? A little redundant.
Aren't all albinos white?

They fondly refer to Harry as the White Albino Himself. 8-)
Maybe I missed it this time, but most weeks the current crew pays a tribute to a Hawaii radio tradition that stretches back over 100 years. Just now I learned 1919 was a key year and a number my family very much identities with. 19 is the common denominator of 38 and 57 too.

Mid show they typically play a tribute where they go back in time when 45s became LP albums about the same time the radio station switched from AM to FM.

The image is hyperlinked to my account that concluded with an amazing number!

Knowledge check: At what speed did long play albums rotate?

Oklahoma State's radio channel and NBA's radio channel from Los Angeles where the Lakers play...

WOSU would be Ohio State given they're east of the Mississippi and WNBA (besides the league of the same name) would be the Knicks' channel from NYC.
Spoiler
All of this tongue in cheek of course.

Sometimes I think LDSFF is used by spies to send coded messages. This is one of those times.

KOSU is also known as The Spy FM, and again the image is hyperlinked.

Those are radio station identifiers. Has the world really become so obtuse?

Care to decipher your coded message?

Anyone?

For sarcasm to work the reader need to be able to relate it to something. If I were to start a thread here with just some random phase for example: “The cat has been in my room.” I can’t simply claim it to be sarcastic when no one understands what I’m talking about.

Bingo like here: viewtopic.php?p=1334963&hilit=Glidepath#p1334963

Radio call signs are 4 letters that begin with W or K.

Adult Learners want to know why.

Because it leads to where you want to go.

TheSpy FM was playing G-Rex and now who knows what.

Shazam struggles with identifying it.

Look closely at the album art.

What do you see?

No Korean ducks can migrate this year. A warm front is coming in from the Sea of Okhotsk. 55°N 150°E All Yeti are required to head for the hills.

Time to stop watching Eisei Gekijo, try Asahi 2, 17:30 Kenyan time, that's where you'll get the shipping news.

It's alright, my cat is firmly in its bag. I don't have enough room to swing it around. It cannot catch ducks.

Can’t be octal, but how do we know it’s not hexadecimal. :?:
gkearney wrote: June 7th, 2020, 8:48 am It's because of the Mesopotamians who, about 6,000 years ago had a numbering system based on divisions of the number 60. The Mesopotamians passed their base-60 numerical system to the ancient Egyptians who in turn divided the circle into six perfect triangles each with angels of 60 degrees. (Think of the pyramids.) They then tried to apply this to the year surmising, incorrectly, that the earth was a perfect circle rotating in a perfect circle. They were off by 5.25 days.
You made an interesting observation there.

For those unfamiliar, the little arrow will link to the source.

Q) What is the source you might say?

A) The thread from which it came.

Q) Why was that thread important?

A) Because a number was encoded into the creation of any world where God’s children have 10 fingers and 360 degrees in their circle.

High Spy aka 36866 and Javelin Jaaziel.

Not you silly,

Valo is diamond.

Ruby is July. :?:

Yea, my daughter’s middle name is Mae, because she was born on Flag Day in the First State. Is there something weird like that about you. :?:
No rubies here, tough like a Garnet!

There are lots of weird things about me. I have the rarest personality type in the world = only less than 2% of us. I decided I wanted the same birthday as Elvis so I showed up that day instead of my due date. David Bowie was there with his freak flag, and Steven Hawking tried to act like he was the smartest kid in the room  .
Song about Elvis just came on the KNBA Truck Stop Show. 8-)
