I think most of them are well-educated corporate men who have learned that compliance is more acceptable than questioning the societal status quo of 2022.
Acceptable to who, the devil? Remember Captain Moroni and Pahoran... another lesson from the BoM that the LDS org has learned nothing about.
You would think we would hear from them loud and clear condemning drag queen events for children, but I am not hearing that. Utah fathers in droves should be showing up protesting the events and getting them taken down. It wasn’t that long ago that that would be the reaction. The Q15 are being led rather than leading.

In fact true apostles might be showing up at drag queen events for kids calling for repentance.

That not a single one of them is an apostle of Jesus Christ. They are however Mormon apostles.
They are all Apostles of Jesus Christ. They can all claim their line of Apostolic authority back to him.
Whether they are effective or true to the Lord - only they know that.
This made me think of the old Disney movie 'Pete's Dragon' and the bad guys singing a song about having a bill of sale, waving the piece of paper around triumphantly as if it gave them the right to claim whatever they wanted. "We got a bill of sale right here that says he belongs to us! We got a bill of sale right here and we own the little cuss!"

I remember that. They use their bill of sale to treat him like a slave.
A different issue, but you reminded me of this.

What is your opinion about the current apostles?
the same it's always been -
my opinion is - that THEY have no opinion.
That is - the Q15 - (or more commonly known in Isaiah as - The Drunkards of Ephraim - Isa.28)
speak as one voice, and that voice is - whatever Nelson says.
And for any of them to speak out contrary to Nelson, or oppose him,
they know it would mean to be disgraced and excommunicated.

My opinion is there's going to be a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth in SLC when the Servant cleanses the temple and puts the Lord's house back in order. I pray I live to see that day and to see the redemption of Zion and the coming of the Lord.
Moroni already landed his instrument when struck by a 5.7 magnitude earthquake.

It depends which part of Europe you are in. It isn't all collapsing at the same rate. Some places like Greece have never recovered from the last meltdown, Germany will be in for a nasty shock, and France will strike and riot a lot, but then again they always have!!!

I don't know who most of the "Apostles" are and I've learned to ignore them. Shopping malls, iFit Apostle, gigantic stock portfolios, the Godsend... are not the fruits of true Prophets. It's time to let go.
Isaiah 3
12) As for my people, babes subject them;
women wield authority over them.
O my people, your leaders mislead you,
abolishing your traditional ways.
13) Jehovah will take a stand and contend with them;
he has arisen to judge the nations.
14) He will bring to trial the elders of his people
and their rulers, and say to them,
It is you who have devoured the vineyard;
you fill your houses by depriving the needy.
15) What do you mean by oppressing my people,
humbling the faces of the poor?
says Jehovah of Hosts.

Really? Hmmm. I know very few people who had faith during the plandemic. You ain’t one of them.
And we’re supposed to believe the story that you were on a free falling airplane cool as a cucumber while everybody else freaked out. Uh huh. Sure.

The "leaders," of the churcb are completely irrelevant to me. They are frauds. They really are on the same level of a Jimmy Swaggart. Televangelists. They get up on stage and tell you to keep sowing your "faith seed," by sending your money to them. I told my wife that the drunk homeless man on the street can tell you more about God and Christ than anynof these clowns if suits can.

Not long ago I would have strongly disagreed w/ you on this matter of faith and money. We have a great ability to lump multiple philosophies together, piggybacking on a true principle. (E.g. the BoM and the “church” are true) The following story from Wendy Nelson just makes me cringe today and how manipulative she is:
While traveling with her husband, Sister Wendy Nelson spoke to the young single adults in a church-wide broadcast. She told them, “When we're desperate to have more money, we eagerly follow the Lord's law of finances. Which is, of course, tithing.” She then related a story of how a young family was paying way more tithing than their income. The bishop asked why and the young father responded, "Oh, I'm not paying on what I make, I'm paying on what I want to make." She concluded the story by stating that the very next year this young man made exactly that amount of money. This is what we call the "Prosperity Gospel” and is a false doctrine because the focus shifts from caring for the poor to financial gain. 2 Nephi 26:31 teaches, “But the laborer in Zion shall labor for Zion; for if they labor for money they shall perish.”

If you'll remember from just a few years ago, I was one of those sticking up for these dudes and shaming anyone daring to question anything.
Ancient prophets like Isaiah, Jeremiah, etc truly did speak about these men. Book of Mormon prophets spoke about these men. The Lord Himself in D&C 101 spoke about these men. And none of it was good.

he travels with lots of guns/bodyguards and masks. A little known fact is that he remains confident through all of this because he has prophets that he follows as well.

Despite all the sensationalism, the UK is nowhere near the bottom. Portugal and Greece have lost out big time and the Polish boom is now over.
The Balts are also paying for restrictive rules and picking a fight with Russia.

well I don't have feet on the ground there...and my approach/outlook for the most part is purely economic....
...but UK doesn't look that far away from collapse economically...and judging on their flagship aircraft carrier performance...it rolls over into other realms as well...
...and Portugal and Greece are in the noise in terms of major European players on that stage....
