Glen Beck's endorsement moves "5,000 year Leap" to top of Amazon.com list:

I just saw this and came on the Forum to post it. This is on the front page of Section B, Deseret News. Amazing to see this! My memory of a small group meeting 2-3 years ago in Bro. Skousen's basement once a week, studying the 5,000 Year Leap, has turned into THIS!! Unbelievable! I'm warming up to Glen Beck already.

Apparently The 5,000 Year Leap was reprinted. I just hope Dr. Skousen's wife is getting the windfall royalties.
One question I've got about the new edition is, whether they've kept the Forward by Orrin Hatch with his picture leading it off, or not. I hate to be meanspirited, but I don't think he deserves that kind of publicity or place in a book such as this, in view of his performance over the last couple of decades, vis-a-vis, upholding the Constitution, etc.

My copy has forwards written by Stephen Pratt Ronald M. Mann and Orrin Hatch. There is no picture of Orrin Hatch, and his forward is the last one (after the other two).

Thanks. That's a little reassuring.
Glenn Beck's actions on this have moved my trust quotient of him up to approaching 50%.

LOL! my thoughts exactly. He seems to be learning more truth little by little. I just wonder why he is still caught up in the fearmongering of "al-qaeda" which he likes to use as a justification for any and all of these endless wars. That's my 50% that I don't like. He seems so pro-war and pro-militarization of our country.
Anyway, great to see 5,000 Year on the top at Amazon! Great book! It's about time people acknowledge a book with real principles and real truth about our founding fathers and the Constitution.

I have a confession to make. I have actually started to record his show...and then occasionally watch it! He has a lot of stuff right on...and he interviews some quality people.
The book "The 5000 Year Leap" is probably the most meaningful book regarding the proper role government I have ever read. I also recommend the dvd course at nccs...it really brought the book to life for me.
