NEW INFO FROM THE PFIZER DOCUMENTS

Dr. Naomi Wolf; The study found that 100μg was absolutely toxic in rats, so toxic that they talked to the sponsor, Pfizer, and Pfizer told them to drop it

What nobody told the American people is 100μg …
"
"People are finally counting down the seconds to death.
Pfizer found that the absolute lethal dose for mammals is 100 μg in a clinical trial using laboratory mice.
But in the real world, people are being inoculated ..
90 µg in the third inoculation
The fourth inoculation (120 µg) is over the lethal dose.

Well, doesn't the dosage need to be proportional to the mammal's body weight? A person is 1,000x heavier than a mouse.

100ug for a mouse would be like 100mg for a human.

Wait. This 100ug must be per kg of body weight, or something.

The Pfizer pediatric dose is 0.2ml or 200ul that's 200mg, after dilution. The concentrate is maybe 20% of that. That would make about a 40mg dose of concentrate. For a 40kg child, that would be 1mg per kg body weight.

ahaaaa, .. 'human equivalent dose' stuff then ..

"For example, for a newly developed drug molecule, the NOAEL value in rat weighing approximately 150 g is 18 mg/kg. To calculate the starting dose for human studies, use Equation 1.

HED (mg / kg = 18 × (0.15 / 60)(0.33) = 2.5 mg / kg

Thus, for a 60 kg human, the dose is 150 mg. This HED value is further divided by a factor value of 10; thus, the initial dose in entry into man studies is 15 mg.

Dose is equally related to body weight although it is not the lone factor which influences the scaling for dose calculation. The correction factor (Km) is estimated by dividing the average body weight (kg) of species to its body surface area (m2). For example, the average human body weight is 60 kg, and the body surface area is 1.62 m2. Therefore, the Km factor for human is calculated by dividing 60 by 1.62, which is ..
