Well, doesn't the dosage need to be proportional to the mammal's body weight? A person is 1,000x heavier than a mouse.
100ug for a mouse would be like 100mg for a human.
Wait. This 100ug must be per kg of body weight, or something.
The Pfizer pediatric dose is 0.2ml or 200ul that's 200mg, after dilution. The concentrate is maybe 20% of that. That would make about a 40mg dose of concentrate. For a 40kg child, that would be 1mg per kg body weight.
