All these several-hundred-page bills full of fine print... Some people wrote them with an intent, and they will be the same people to act them out. Hardly anyone else even knows about the contents.

Why it is a good idea to declare oneself as having faith in the God of Abraham, who promised us an inheritance on the earth. Because it won't be protected or delivered through any other system.
