Perhaps if they had also quoted the Lord about fear from the scriptures? We as Latter-day Saints have been told that if we are prepared we shall not fear.We all remember the famous line as spoken by Franklin D. Roosevelt in his inaugural speech, “The Only Thing We Have to Fear Is Fear Itself,” but there has been much said on the topic, so here are a few more:
