It's good to see someone else that is disgusted with PC Laptops. They currently have a radio commercial that says they just bought shiploads of video cards. What a lie! Was the ship larger or smaller than their 5 year old's red wagon? Course Smiths is competing for biggest lie ever told. Their commercial says that their vegetables are fresher than fresh. When a company lies before you even enter the store, you know they hate you and will tell any lie to get your money.dreamtheater76 wrote: ↑April 5th, 2022, 9:05 pm This guy creeps me out. Every time I see him it's like watching a PC Laptops commercial and Silence of the Lambs at the same time.
I can't even tell you what's going on here and I experience it every day. It's the bizzaro world. Utah has always had a culture of trying to fit in with the world's idea of normal. Probably due to our roots of being ostracized from society and made fun of in movies for being uncool. But now, Utah culture revolves around coffee obsessions, feminism, gay/lesbian/blahblahblah, and wokeism. It is 100% normal to hear people in church call everyone to the aid of the poor, put upon gay community. You'll hear them discuss the latest episode of Euphoria (nothing more than hardcore porn). Women, being good Mormons, are stay at home housewives. But they are also feminists so they refuse to do any household upkeep (and yet they are in desperate need of relief and pep talks telling them the world is out to get them and it's not their fault they're unhappy). Men spend their days on their phones or playing video games, neglecting their families and giving up any semblance of a social life. They also bear the burden of being the one thing everyone points to for their problems so they submit or withdraw. The world is sick and there's no better place to observe it than right here in the church.
More and more people are calling him Caillou after the cartoon character. So now when he meets with the legislature or has a press conference, they can say "Here's Caillou" and people will know who they mean. Right now he is just the queer little fellow that wants people to be sure and call him a he.
I left Utah last year and this is the most apt description I have seen. You hit every nail on the head!sam_onofree wrote: ↑April 6th, 2022, 12:18 amI can't even tell you what's going on here and I experience it every day. It's the bizzaro world. Don't wait! Find yourself a nice little conservative community far outside the MorCore and escape the coming desolation.JuneBug12000 wrote: ↑April 6th, 2022, 10:45 am
My friends and I were all on our way out of the state one way or another and would talk about how the culture was literally driving saints from the state.
I use to say there won't be a call out, the righteous will slowly trickle out as more wicked trickle in until the change is complete and no one notices.
They actually call themselves "Silicon Slopes."
I've heard of people coming out as gay after decades of marriage.Motherlode wrote: ↑April 6th, 2022, 11:28 amHe is married to a woman, Abby Cox, and they have four children, so I'm assuming he is not gay. I think he is just pandering to the LGBTQIA crowd.
