Might as well have fined her a Snickers bar. It will have about he same financial impact.

At least with the fine, one can now clearly argue that they did something wrong for which they were punished.

They should take all the money they got from suing Hillary and give it to the people the Clintons screwed over in Haiti. That would be a slam dunk!
