It really isn't a secret. But many blacks will avoid it at all costs. Of course it isn't required. Many blacks become wealthy chasing a ball, without using this secret.

Because having lots of rich black people will benefit the average black person in the same way having lots of rich white people benefits the average white.

yea, the black speech seems to be ridden with the practice of not saying the last phonetic sound of most their words . . . so they say the word "word" as "wor" leaving off the final sound, etc.

they are also , in many cases, willing to be raped and treated badly to carry that statis . . .

Learning English may not help anyone other than the person that learns to speak. I don't know how it is where you are, but over here, the blacks that speak correctly do not obtain their wealth in illicit trades.

maybe you could start with halle berry's story of how she became a star . . because she followed the rules. . . then, go on to research other blackmovies star's real story . . move on to the blackathletes. . .politicians . . . hope you get the true stories . . . . lots of evil in this world and esp in USA

and yes, the black do obtain through illicit trade . . . stories all over the web and in newspapers for years.. . .

I'm not really in a position to lecture anyone in how to speak, but it didn't hurt Andrew Carnegie.
