Hey all - so the church said only 10k people could go out of 20k (I believe those were the #s) to GC due to construction etc. Not sure that should be a problem since it's sat-sun a
I don't know if I buy that - maybe they think not many people will attend? Concerns that if they don't put a cap and not many people show up it would not be a good KSL/Deseret news story - would be kind of embarrassing.

I think there are plenty of lemmings who would attend. It’s my guess that they want “social distancing” without saying the words social distancing, so they blame parking space and construction and offer free public transit.

Construction has not affected parking. People can watch it on TV in their underwear. Why get dressed, go downtown, go through security, find a seat, and listen to the same old stuff? Somebody will record it in case they happen to say "Thus saith the Lord." They have run out of things to say. Follow Klaus Schwab, get the shot, praise the UN, be a good global citizen, send us some money, you know God needs pictures of Franklin to build Zion.

With the construction, I'm surprised they're letting so many attend. Glad, though.

I had lunch at City Creek the other day. Pretty much all of the downtown underground is a parking lot. Some above ground, too. I parked in the avenues when I shot the Alta Club.

I won't be watching. I may read the summaries on here. No interest in being beaten over the head with more Covidiocy.

I think the Q15 will be wearing them. President Nelson, his wife, and the few others in the room wore them in the CA video broadcast from a studio where there was barely anyone- probably just them and the camera crew. I hope I'm wrong though.

I am no engineer and do not know how strong those underground facilities are. But I would not want to be down there during an earthquake. There are no windows. Elevator shaft here and there. street ingress/egress.

This is probably true. The democrats want people to start thinking of other things now. I expect we'll most likely hear things along these lines that weekend:

We're moving on from covid... because the elite overlords at the WEF/CDC/FDA/NWO/UN have given us permission. "Moving on from covid" is the right thing to do, but we're doing it for the wrong reasons. Thus it's all cringe. The reason matters. Does it matter whether they wear masks NOW or not? The focus is shifting (temporarily?) and many obedient drones are no longer mask-wearing. The point is they DID wear masks when instructed. And they WILL if instructed again.

They are not being honest really. They don't care about the facts. They care about how their strategy will affect people. What is the most effective way of influencing others based on polls and research? That's the agenda. That's actually the agenda of ALL the major political parties, GOP and Democrats.

Neither party "stands" on principle except the principle of being popular. They will compromise the truth or facts in an instant if they think they will be able to win or achieve their agenda or get more power or whatever.
