yeah, I used to really go for his stuff, then I noticed the trend. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. I'm not saying "don't prepare", either. One of the problems growing up in Utah was everyone is easily duped - it's the MLM capital of the world. I remember Hinckley visiting AOA right after dedicating the Nauvoo temple, and then hearing in Sunday School that it was time to move to Missouri - people were serious about it, and thought the end is near. I think this is why Hal Turner has such an appeal to us - mormons are easy to dupe because "we believe all things".
