Healing - be healed

Dear Saints
I read a healing post here and wanted to add some knowledge.
To be healed you may follow these steps to help you:
1. take care of your body so God can take care of you - e.g. eating pizza, mcdonalds and other crap isnt taking care of your body neither is not getting enough exercise (the law of the land - you REAP what you SOW) neither is having a negative attitude
2. You must have the utmost faith in God the Savior to be healed - where you KNOW you'll be healed
3. Repent of your sins
4. Focus in on the pain/problem - isolate it in your mind so you know the location
5. Use the power of fasting, prayer, priesthood to cast away any evil affecting you (e.g. devils, spiritual weapons, curses, spells, bad spirits etc) - this must be done with the Lord's name - use fasting to amplify your devotion
6. I say this (#5) as sometimes an injury / problem festers as the evil one causes it not to heal and acts to aggravate it so it wont heal faster or ever.
7. You do not necessarily need someone else to give you a blessing - you can do this on your own
8. An example prayer (after casting away) - God the Father. Hallowed and mighty is your name. Thank you for all you've blessed me with and will bless me with. I have this injury. It's preventing me from this/that. I know I'm human and have to suffer the human experience but my injury/problem is causing me great pain. I know you're a God of miracles and a God of healing. I know that you'll hear my prayers if they be right and it be your will. (if you hold the priesthood - put your arm to the square. By the power and/or authority of thine holy priesthood - I use it for this good cause. Lord, I humbly ask thee to heal my injury. Body (injury/problem) - I command you with pure intent to heal. I command the injury to go away and bother me no more. In the Lord's mighty name and if it be thine will, heal me. Allow my problem to begin to heal. I KNOW you will heal me. Please grace me with a touch of heaven. I am so grateful for your mercy and this blessing. In the Lord's name amen.
What I've noticed is either it will be immediate or it will be a cascading affect meaning each day you feel your body repairing itself faster and faster until it's gone or the problem is much less than what it is.
Remember - to cast away any evil influence that may be aggravating the wound/problem preventing the body from self-healing naturally.
