UFO Shoots Over Kiev, Ukraine:The object was hovering low, then shot up at an angle and then across the city to shoot up and then down again. SQ;U.S. AND OR RUSSIAN TR-3B ,AS BOTH NATIONS HAVE THEM!BOTH ABLE TO CLOAK AND HOVER IN MID-AIR!
This is some raw footage of an unknown craft over Kiev, Ukraine a few days ago. The object was hovering low, then shot up at an angle and then across the city to shoot up and then down again. Very odd behavior of an aircraft. But then again its war, so it could be anything.

Well when the blaming Russia narrative isn't working anymore, they can start blaming E.T.

It's an unmanned drone.

I have seen some very dramatic UFO footage, but this definitely looks like it's under remote control. Russian or NATO (likely US), but not Ukrainian.
