Mankind's modern obsession with digital technology is a plague. The world was much more beautiful on so many levels with more muted technological reliance.

We need to return to living among and within nature. Not distancing ourselves so much through digital technology. We're losing jobs, we're losing connection to reality, we're becoming unhealthy with increasingly sedentary lifestyles, we're easy to be controlled and manipulated, we're kept apart, and our reliance on digital tech fuels all of these issues.

Yes, we need to return to eating more like we did before the plague of "heart-healthy" "vegetable" oil and heavy sugar consumption.
Industrial seed oils are a plague upon the planet. To quote one doctor, they're obesogenic, mutagenic, carcinogenic, cytotoxic, genotoxic, atherogenic and thrombogenic. They disrupt our satiety mechanisms and are biochemically unstable and inflammatory. They're made in factories and finished with hexane or something like it. The main one now is soybean oil, which is often found in bread. Soy is a known hormone disruptor, which leads to the decline of a healthy sexual life and to an increase in confusion about sexual identity.
