Re: Putin waves nuclear sword in confrontation with the West
Instead of quoting an anti-Russian or western source "quoting" Russia, why not just quote Russian sources directly?
Let them put their case and let the other side put theirs.
How can we hope to give these people a fair hearing if all we hear is a third hand or hostile version of their POV?
Here's an interview on RT with a Russian member of parliament, giving her view of how things got to this state...
The challenges posed to the former Russian politician include the Kremlin assuring the world Russia was not going to invade Ukraine, whether Vladimir Putin’s Russia is acting like the US and NATO in their wars on Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria, the painting of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s government and part of the population as neo-Nazis, why Putin didn’t answer Zelensky’s efforts for talks before the invasion, civilian casualties in Ukraine and more."

Do you really believe/trust any of these people including Western PTB? Can they ever be trusted when their lips are moving?

Here's a video embedded in an article in Veteran's Today on the role Victoria Nuland played in destabilizing the Ukraine (mentioning her famous statement "F... the EU"), of Vladimir Putin’s indictment of the New World Order and his amazingly strong defense of Christian values:

Here's the article on Nuland: https://www.veteranstoday.com/2021/05/0 ... neo-nazis/
In the past, I've not had much use for Veteran's Today because of their pushing a false 9/11 scenario, but maybe they've reformed.

Belarus revoked its non-nuclear status this evening. Clearing the way for Putin to begin deploying nuclear weapons to the country immediately.

One of my favorite lines from a movie is from Under Siege. Tommy Lee Jones launches a tomahawk missile at Honolulu. the admiral asks what will happen if it reaches Honolulu. the answer is:
Approximately one million people will reach ten thousand degrees Farenheit in less than a second.

Did anyone listen to the Russian MP? You don't have to trust her in order to listen to her POV. Even if we don't believe our MSM we still absorb its message. For balance we need to also hear the other message too.
Right?
How else do we pick a path through the deception?

I was 26 when the Nuland coup in Ukraine happened back in 2014. I watched it develop on our media and UK and Russian media. It was the first major event I took interest in and it changed me.TheDuke wrote: ↑February 27th, 2022, 1:53 pm NeveR: Funny how some of us have lived through this and others have only notes of what happened when they were babies and know they know what really happened and those of us that lived through it were on drugs or deceived or something? I've been around the Russia/USSAR rodeo all my adult life, since entering the USAF during college. I've seen all sides of the arguments, I've worked deep classified secrets of their capabilities, etc..... True there is much propaganda on our side, but if you're honest and open there is always truth beneath it. Not sure why your sources are better than the other, when none of us even try to quote MSM?
So, I lived through it as much as anyone who wasn't in Ukraine at the time.
I'm not claiming my sources are 'better'. Just that they exist. Robin Hood didn't actually quote any sources.
The coup in Ukraine is well documented from both sides, and the timeline I shared uses only western sources.
