Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer have an agreement to fund the US government until February 18th avoiding collapsing the stock market and missing checks for social security, SSI, SSDI, Veterans and Military members. The bill still needs to be voted on in both houses before it can go to President Biden's desk. A new gallup poll reveals half the country is suffering from high inflation with 10% of the country saying they a enduring severe hardship. The need for stimulus checks for 25 million americans has never been more apparent. Bernie Sanders wants to rework the salt tax deductions and tax millionaires and billionaires. He also said this bill doesn't do enough for seniors. Wants to completely remake the economy into an economy that works for the people.
