That is largely true in this case.
However, the line graphs suggests little impact, if any.

The burden of proof is on those who seek to "prove" the positive, that the vaccine has saved one life.
You do realize that they have not tried to do that, and in fact can't.
So to call it safe and effective is ... what? Prophecy?
