The argument they're making is practically the same as the ObamaCare mandate. The government cannot regulate commerce for "non-activity" (cannot be forced to buy something like insurance). These arguments are absolutely correct and true...but how did it work out when it got to SCOTUS?

Having bad vibes here that this is going to end up the same way by our corrupt courts.

...which is WHY people need to nullify this all on their own. Do not wait for our own wicked government police itself.
