Democrats want Trump voters dead?

The short version, conservative voters are being manipulated into not being vaccinated so that some number of them will die tipping the margins in close races to the Democrats. Why steal elections when your opponents can be convinced to kill themselves?

One premise of the article is that the vaccine is vital and if someone doesn't get the vaccine, they will die. The leftists are trying to manipulate the conservatives into not taking the vaccine, out of rebellion, so that they will die and end the razor-thin margins in elections. This is like Cheetos for the left - a tasty junk food snack.

If the jab is safe and effective, the article has teeth. If the jab is unsafe and ineffective (the reasons many claim for being hesitant) then the tables will be turning on the liberal camp. They are the ones who will lose voters.

This is all based on what I see in my area. It is a false assumption that it is only conservative Republicans who are avoiding the "vaccine." I am going to go out on a limb here and state (without proof) that many people of "color" are not getting the jab... and it is not a reach to surmise that many of them are liberal.
So... who are they trying to kill/save?
I do not think they care who they kill or save. It is all about keeping people scared enough to get the jab... making the pharmaceutical companies billions more in revenue.
