4th and 5th amendments to the Constitution protect liberty unless you have a warrant and a law behind it. You cannot force someone to wear a medical device to enter a building, even private property. They operate under public accommodation law.

Mormon 8 is very specific about the church in verse 38, and Christ taught in the BoM that the words of Isaiah are a commandment for us to study, speaking directly to the gentiles (3 Nephi 23:1-4).

I wasn’t intending to stir trouble. I just came on here, made a few posts about being loyal to the LDS church leadership ala D&C 1:38, and before I know it I am a demon, a devil worshipper, and I am being informed that the First Presidency of our church is guilty of human rights violations and worse.

It has been eye opening. And semi interesting!

Some posters seem to be sincere. Some seem to be on drugs (or off of their prescribed drugs).

I just can’t follow the logic.

A standard #2 pencil, for example, is not really a device. A mechanical pencil might be.

A sock is not a device. A washcloth is not a device.

If the FDA want to call a mask a device that’s fine but the FDAs internal classifications aren’t based on the legal definitions that would be needed to get a ruling on a constitutional issue.

Plus look around— do you think anyone in traffic court last year was able to enter without a mask?

This is where your logic begins to fall apart, I tell you that because it happened to me.

You come in here telling everyone to follow the brethren's counsel and that they cannot lead us astray, and when you are confronted with scripture you must admit that the Lord condemned this church, specifically its leaders.

It's all there, we can justify our comfort as long as we want.

Doesn't even matter if its medical or not. Nobody can compel you to wear an article of clothing just to enter a public building. Even "No shirt, no shoes, no service" is technically illegal unless it breaks decency laws.

Legal expert, Peggy Hall has gone over this ad nauseum. She has all the legal paperwork on her site, and it works, even in California. The precedent is set that this crap gets overturned when it is challenged in court with people who know law.

Poor President Nelson just gets everything pinned on him around here I guess. It’s not true though.

I wasn’t intending to stir trouble. I just came on here, made a few posts about being loyal to the LDS church leadership ala D&C 1:38, and before I know it I am a demon, a devil worshipper, and I am being informed that the First Presidency of our church is guilty of human rights violations and worse.

It has been eye opening. And semi interesting!

Some posters seem to be sincere. Some seem to be on drugs (or off of their prescribed drugs).

I just can’t follow the logic.

Is that the consensus? Arrest President Nelson for war crimes?

Yes, absolutely. They support the Great Reset which is a genocidal program designed to reduce human population to control carbon emissions. It is being done with the vaccines, lockdowns, reduced fertility, and replacement migration. Its in the open, they cheer it on late night television.

I believe it is indeed referring to the LDS church and other restoration offshoots.

So will you deny that he is speaking to the same people in verses 40-41?

The LDS church has blood on its hands.

These injections may very well be part of that (Isaiah 28:15,18).

I surely wouldn’t accuse President Nelson of those things though. That’s where you are making an impossible leap in logic.

It's not a maybe, he is speaking to the church. You agreed with that.

This is where your logic begins to fall apart, I tell you that because it happened to me.

You come in here telling everyone to follow the brethren's counsel and that they cannot lead us astray, and when you are confronted with scripture you must admit that the Lord condemned this church, specifically its leaders.

It's all there, we can justify our comfort as long as we want.

No I did not agree to that.

There are multiple churches being referred to.

The lord did not condemn this church.

I do believe that at some point in the past or future that it was or will be polluted.

How you pin all this on our current First Presidency is still a mystery though. It’s your logic that falls apart.

These few verses are what has lead you to believe that President Nelson is a murderer? That’s your evidence?

How do you know it wasn’t Monson or Hinckley? How do you know it wasn’t Benson or McKay? How do you know it isn’t something that happens 100 years down the road?

How do you know that it isn’t referring to bishops and not the first Presidency? How do you know it isn’t referring to the early church?

That is what you are basing all these accusations on?
