You are just not understanding.

Your employer may also require you to wear a certain uniform. You may also be required to work on certain days and at a certain times. You are required to do what the supervisors ask of you.

This is not compulsion. You are still free not to. They just may not pay you anymore if you don’t.

Stop lying. Forcing medical care is not the same thing. It is compulsion if it has nothing to do with your job.

I’m not saying it. I am repeating the words of the leaders. They said we are all urged to get it. They also said that they are safe and effective.

Your argument is not with me.

But they aren't safe and effective. They lack the long term testing to really be able to say they're safe; and the VAERS data and direct experimental data coming from Dr. Hoffe and others belie this assertion, as well.
