Woman beheaded and dumped onto street in broad daylight. ICE confirms suspect is an illegal alien with a long criminal history.

A woman was beheaded and dumped onto the street in front of horrified witnesses and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) says the suspect arrested for the crime is an illegal alien.

The harrowing incident unfolded on July 28 in a quiet residential neighborhood in Shakopee, Minnesota, at about 2:30 p.m.

Witnesses say they saw a man attacking a woman and then dump her body onto the street from a car.

Police responded to calls of a homicide and found what was described as a "grisly" scene. They later confirmed that the woman identified as 55-year-old America Mafalda Thayer had been beheaded. They found her head near the body and also a large knife.

"I have no words for it. Just scary. I just feel very sorry for the families," said Jessica Sondrol, a resident of the neighborhood, to KMSP-TV.

A very disturbing video of the man dumping the body of the woman was captured by one witness who posted it to social media app TikTok.

A male suspect fled on foot but was captured by police a short time later about a mile and a half away from the scene. Police arrested Alexis Saborit, 42, and charged him with the second-degree murder of Thayer.

Fox News reported that ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer confirmed Saborit was an illegal alien from Cuba and that the agency had been unsuccessfully trying to deport him. The revelation was first reported by Powerline blog.

"He has pending charges for first-degree arson-dwelling, first-degree criminal damage to property, and obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer stemming from a 2020 arrest in Scott County, Minnesota," said Neudauer.

Amid ongoing border influx, authorities continue to apprehend gang members, sex predators

As the U.S. is inundated by an influx of migrants along its southern border, authorities continue to apprehend unsavory characters, including gang members and people with prior convictions for heinous sex crimes.

McAllen Border Patrol Station agents apprehended a Honduran man on Wednesday who had unlawfully entered the U.S., according to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection news release which noted that agents learned during processing about the individual's affiliation with the notorious MS-13 gang.

"Hours later, MCS agents apprehended a subject from Guatemala, who was later determined to be a MS-13 gang member following a criminal record checks query," CBP reported. "Record checks also listed a prior arrest in Miami, Florida for false statements in the application of a passport. He was convicted and sentenced to eight months imprisonment."

Authorities arrested two individuals on Wednesday night who had unlawfully entered the country, and CBP reported that, "During processing, record checks later identified Cristian Flamenco, a Salvadorian national who was previously arrested by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office in Los Angeles, California, for forcible oral copulation with a minor under 14 years old." CBP noted that the man had been convicted and sentenced.

The figures for Southwest land border encounters have been on the rise every month so far this fiscal year, increasing from 71,948 in October all the way up to a whopping 188,829 in June.

A recent court filing noted that according to preliminary data CBP likely encountered around 210,000 people in July.

Even after the official July number is released, there will still be two more months remaining until the end of the fiscal year, meaning that the total figure for the fiscal year will climb even higher as the figures for August and September are added.

These people have rights. The Constitution protects them too. Borders are artificial and a remnent of your racist past. Europeans invaded these lands first. Repent of your evil past and embrace the future, Invite them to church and into your homes. Give them your jobs, expose your wives and children to their pathalogical dysfunctions, wash their feet, it is the Christian thing to do. K, maybe not a full moratorium. But a massive dropoff in legal immigration, like 10% of what it is now, and the utter elimination of illegal immigration. Then send the military to team up down south with the Federales, and completely smoke out the drug cartels, human trafficking syndicates, and gangs/terrorists such as ms-13, put them all down.
