Three German Doctors Warn of Exposure to HDB-TV

It is becoming more and more difficult for living organisms to find safe food, water, and air. Now, we will all be exposed to increasingly high levels of electromagnetic radiation as the entire United States transitions to 'terrestrial digital broadcast television trasmission'.
Why is this happening now? Is television so important in our lives that we are willing to furthur compromise physical and mental health? Should this plan be stopped?
It seems very unusual that with the economy in so much disarray our government so willingly subsidizes the 'digital boxes' in order that every home can avail itself of broadcast tv. Seems like a sticky trap to me.

On May 20, 2006, two digital broadcast television stations went on the air in the Hessian Rhoen area, which until recently had enjoyed rather low mobile phone radiation exposure levels. Within a radius of more than 20 km, the following symptoms that occurred abruptly were reported:
constant headaches, pressure in the head, drowsiness, sleep problems, inability to think clearly, forgetfulness, nervous tension, irritability, tightness in the chest, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, depressive mood, total apathy, loss of empathy, burning skin, inner burning, leg weakness, pain in the limbs, stabbing pain in various organs, weight increase.
Birds fled the area. Cats turned phlegmatic and hardly ever went into the gtarden. One child committed suicide; a second child tried doing it.
