Knowing the history of the world; what time would you like to be born in? This is the most historical event that has ever happened on this planet. It might be the most serious historic event in the logs of God's kingdom! We will have plagues, wars, cannibals, invadeing armies, earthquakes, floods, storms, dictators, starvation, enemies everywhere, a complete melt down of everything, and any kind of violent thing you can imagine. Maybe a whole bunch of surprises around the corner too. On the other hand you have zion being built, Enoch returning, the lost tribes coming back, the 144,000, JC's return. This is the hugest cataclysmic act of history and we are here to see it! It will never happen again. It is the ultimate test! I want to see it all.

Really, what do we have to complain about? Why is everyone complaining? Why has everyone influenced me to complain? This is the greatest event to ever happen! Besides the Atonement, but that had very little to do with us besides the sins we created to make that happen. Point being that we are witnessing the worst and best time that ever existed. What soul wouldn't want to see all this first hand?

Who's complaining? People are unnerved by some of the events unfolding, but I haven't seen much complaining about our times in general. I've made statements that if we endure until the end through all this, it will be quite glorious for us.

Personally, if I could choose, I think I'd rather live in Joseph Smith's time, back when the Church was just beginning and new intelligence was rolling forth. I like to help build new things, not be a caretaker.

I would rather live in a time of peace and prosperity where liberty was just established. I guess I must just be crazy.

But if a little pain and sacrifice on my part means my children get to live during such a time, fine by me.

Most complaining on this forum has to do with other posters, not living in the last days. I think some people get caught up in wanting events to occur that they don't realize the events that are occurring. Maybe that's a complaint people have??These are exciting times. These are strange times. The assumed peace is not here anymore. Even the apostles are worried for their own lives. When they leave for an assignment they tell their families good bye not knowing if they will return. It's gotten that bad. Most members don't realize this. Is that a complaint? I hope you don't interpret it as such. It's a sign of the times, the best times.

No he didn't. I fully realize that. I didn't ask for easy, I'd simply rather be on the ground floor building up. Just my preference, that's all. Obviously the sign-up sheet was filled-up by the time it came around to me.
