The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will build a new temple in Ephraim, Utah, and restore the historic, pioneer-era Manti Temple beginning about Oct. 1, President Russell M. Nelson announced in a video message Saturday to church members in central Utah.

That means the historic murals painted by Minerva Teichert will remain in the Manti Temple, President Nelson said.

“These decisions will expand future opportunities for members in this temple district to participate in sacred temple ordinances, and at the same time allow us to preserve the classical characteristics and useful life of the historic Manti Utah Temple,” he said.
It doesn't say anything about live sessions, just that they will keep the historic murals.

Here's the official twitter thread of the decision:

I listened to the entire Manti Temple area broadcast this morning. After renovation, the Manti temple will change from live session to presenting the endowment by film. This will open the option to hear the endowment in 90 languages and allow many more temple workers to serve who may not be able to memorize lengthy scripts. After the 18-24 month renovation period is complete, the Manti temple will resume hourly endowment sessions in a progressive room-to-room format, similar to the Mesa and Cardston temples.
