Derek Chauvin Guilty of murder or Not Guilty?

Do you think Derek Chauvin committed murder? Yes or no. I would tend to think it was manslaughter, but interested in others opinion on the matter here.

Did they ever say why he has that much in his system? Tried hiding it and ate it when police came or something?InfoWarrior82 wrote: ↑April 20th, 2021, 10:26 am Nah, the dude had enough Fentanyl in his bloodstream to kill 3 grown adults. He died of an overdose. He was a dead man walking.
Yeah, he was already very high when he was in the grocery store, acting like your typical crackhead. Then ate the rest of the evidence when the police tried to arrest him.Lexew1899 wrote: ↑April 20th, 2021, 10:31 amDid they ever say why he has that much in his system? I definitely think his death was mainly self inflicted. So maybe manslaughter is incorrect as I originally stated. But I do think the policeman did go a bit overboard. In hindsight it’s always 20/20 though.EmmaLee wrote: ↑April 20th, 2021, 12:41 pm I don't believe he's guilty of murder or even manslaughter. As InfoWarrior stated above, Floyd ultimately died of drugs in his system, and the complications from years of drug abuse. There was zero bruising or damage to the back of his neck from Chauvin kneeling on him. I was willing to believe at first that Chauvin went too far, and that he was guilty of manslaughter. But as all the evidence has come out (additional videos from various angles, more witnesses, autopsy reports, etc.), there's just no way he is guilty of Floyd's death.
It won't matter though, if he's found not guilty in any way, shape, or form, the country is going to burn.
Yeah as far as the chance of riots they will happen either way but if he’s found not guilty of anything then it will be way worse and the race war will intensify - possibly beyond what anyone in my generation has ever seen or imagined.EmmaLee wrote: ↑April 20th, 2021, 12:41 pm I don't believe he's guilty of murder or even manslaughter. Anyone see the other police chest cameras...?? They showed Chauvins knee was on Floyds shoulder the whole time.Lexew1899 wrote: ↑April 20th, 2021, 12:56 pmI definitely think his death was mainly self inflicted. The knee to the neck media spin was always pretty much bs. Just like the hands up don’t shoot lie. The only reason I say he went overboard is it seemed like unnecessary force to keep him pinned to the ground for several minutes. Just toss him in the back of a cop car would make more sense to me.JK4Woods wrote: ↑April 20th, 2021, 1:59 pmAnyone see the other police chest cameras...?? Interesting how the Metro Police had this video from the other officers holding Floyd's feet and knees since early in the riots, and didn't show it.
The public video angles made it look like Chauvin was kneeling right on Floyds neck, but he wasn't. Not at any time...
Agreed, I too can't imagine this going well/quietly no matter what the jury decides. With Biden and Waters stoking the coals constantly - they and their ilk want to see the country burn.MMbelieve wrote: ↑April 20th, 2021, 1:58 pmYeah as far as the chance of riots they will happen either way but if he’s found not guilty of anything then it will be way worse and the race war will intensify - possibly beyond what anyone in my generation has ever seen or imagined.EmmaLee wrote: ↑April 20th, 2021, 12:41 pm I don't believe he's guilty of murder or even manslaughter. I thought all the libtarded cities were getting rid of their police anyway, and replacing them with social workers and counselors.
