Our four kids are out of the public school system as are their six cousins and numerous friends and relatives here in Texas. They do music, play soccer on teams, go to seminary, hang out with friends and have so much more free time to devote to their own passions and skills. I couldn’t make them go back.

Saying that independent or “home schooled” children are weird ignores the fact of how many weirdos there are in public school. I had a group of “vampires” in my high school. I could go on…

If you have your kids sitting at home all day then yes they will have issues, which is why you go outside, involve them in the community, and provide experiences that will help them become great people, even if they are in government schools.

While Stalin, Lenin, Mao, the communists, murdered far more people than Hitler, Hitler was fully evil and shouldn't be lauded anywhere, let alone in schools.

N.J. Fifth Grader Writes Teacher-approved Report on Hitler’s “Pretty Great” Accomplishments

A fifth-grade student dressed as Adolf Hitler and hand wrote a list of his “accomplishments” in an essay that was hung in a school hallway among those about historical figures. The eyebrow-raising incident took place at an elementary school in Tenafly, a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Students selected their individual figures from history as part of a “character development” presentation to the class, parents said, adding that the report praising one of the bloodiest dictators of the 20th century was not only approved by the teacher, but was also displayed in a school hallway for nearly a month.

Writing in the first person, the student cited “accomplishments” by the mass-murdering Nazi Party tyrant, which include “uniting a great mass of German and Austrian people behind me.”

The student went on to explain the titles Fuhrer and Reichskanzler, and then wrote, “I was pretty great, wasn’t I?”

The last line of the report acknowledges that Hitler was anti-Semitic, which drove him “to kill more than six million Jews,” though the penultimate line read, “I was very popular, and many people followed me until I died.”

The shocking school project drew outrage from the Tenafly community, which is reportedly 40-percent Jewish.

In a letter posted on the district website Sunday, Tenafly Schools Superintendent Shauna DeMarco said she learned Friday of “a serious matter involving a school project completed recently on Adolf Hitler” and announced that she will be running an investigation into the matter and will determine if “further” action needs to be taken. “I have requested that all associated information related to this project be provided to me,” DeMarco wrote. “Once I receive and review the full information, I will determine any further action that should be taken.”

DeMarco declined a request for additional information Monday, saying she could not comment without potentially compromising “the integrity of the investigation, the rights of those involved and any responsive actions that may be required.”

The investigation, however, has not quelled the outrage some parents have over the incident.

“In an insane world, where almost nothing is shocking anymore, this is literally unbelievable,” one parent said, according to Daily Voice.

“This is being tone deaf and not reading the room to the infinite degree. [How] did everyone check off on this before it actually went to the presentation level?” another added.

The disturbing project also got a reaction from Tenafly Mayor Mark Zinna (D), who said in his own Facebook statement, “No discussion of the murderer of six million Jewish people can ever be presented in a positive light.”

“We have a responsibility to show our children right and wrong, and what we teach them now can impact their moral compass for years to come,” he continued.

The mayor said that the project has since been removed from the walls of the school and that the Board of Education is investigating how the events unfolded starting several weeks earlier.

“Regardless of the educational intent here, the teacher failed to recognize the profound impact this can have on students, family members and others in our community who could perceive this project as condoning or even glorifying the atrocities of one of the most evil individuals in world history,” Shenker said.

It is not the first time New Jersey schools draw national attention for normalizing anti-Semitism.

Most recently, the chancellor of New Jersey’s flagship public university condemned antisemitism and then, under pressure from a pro-Palestinian student group, apologized for the condemnation.

In 2019, Nutley High School athletics director Joe Piro made the remarks that Hitler was “a good leader” while showing Hitler’s picture next to a photo of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. [Seems appropriate, actually, since MLK Jr. was a communist.]

Also in 2019, a school district failed to stop harassment of a Jewish student of Marine Academy of Science and Technology at Sandy Hook, allowing swastikas being drawn onto cafeteria lunch tables and students reading Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” in class.

Back in 2007, Judge Joseph Greenaway of Newark ruled New Jersey schools may not bar fifth-grade students from wearing a Hitler Youth button to protest school uniforms.

According to a recent report of Anti-Defamation League of New York and New Jersey, New Jersey saw its third-highest rate of anti-Semitic incidents in 2020. The 2020 audit showed 295 incidents across the Garden State, which is down from 2019 but still high, officials say.

This is being shown to first graders at a private school in NYC. I warn against watching the video. I wish I hadn't seen it. It is beyond disturbing. I am only posting it here to warn people. Make sure you know what your children are being taught whether they go to private or public school. Don't assume that because they are young children that they aren't being taught disgusting garbage.

The headline doesn't really tell the whole story. To be clear, the video is teaching children how to masturbate in graphic detail.

I homeschool our kids each summer - & throughout the school year try to stay involved - & have caught lies or incorrect info - and make prayerful effort to give our kids other perspective and values. But it’s tough & I can improve. When talking with homeschool parents - (because I’ve considered it especially last year), and I expressed concern of not knowing (or remembering) some higher math to be able to teach - they said, “Oh, they have all these great homeschool programs online.” Online. I trust most teachers more than the unknown online sphere.

Maybe times are getting worse & I may change my mind. But as it is, my kids enjoy school - seeing friends & activities they wouldn’t get at home. And they need to learn to get along with various types of people who think differently than they do - not just for future career success, but also spiritually. Empathy and ability to relate (in relat-ionships) have been considered the essence of life without bodies - the Spirit realm.

A furious mother in Bloomington, Illinois, recently spoke out against the implementation of educational standards that force children to learn about masturbation, anal sex, and transgender ideology before their teenage years.

Becky Swan, a District 87 parent and alum, passionately voiced her opposition to the sexualization of young children at a school board meeting last week, according to WRPW, a conservative radio station in central Illinois.

Swan's statement came in response to a new bill, S.B. 0818, which mandates that schools teaching sex education in the state must comply with the National Sex Education Standards. The bill has passed both chambers of the Illinois legislature and now awaits signing by Democratic Gov. J.B. Pritzker.

According to Swan, the bill is an "unfunded mandate that destroys local control over curriculum" and "sexually grooms young children by introducing sensitive and inappropriate topics."

In a fiery speech during the board meeting, Swan assailed the bill for seizing educational authority from parents, introducing sexually explicit content to children, and indoctrinating them with the transgender ideology,

Reading a sampling from the NSES, she noted that students in kindergarten through second grade are expected to "list medically accurate names for body parts, including the genitals" and "define gender, gender identity, and gender-role stereotypes."

Things then escalate quickly for children in grades 3-5, who are expected to "explain common human sexual development and the role of hormones (e.g., romantic and sexual feelings, masturbation, mood swings, timing of pubertal onset)."

Those children are also taught that "gender expression and gender identity exist along a spectrum" and are expected to "distinguish between sex assigned at birth and gender identity" as well as be able to "describe the role hormones play in the physical, social, cognitive, and emotional changes during adolescence and the potential role of hormone blockers on young people who identify as transgender."

By the time children reach grades 6-8, they are expected to be able to "define vaginal, oral, and anal sex" and are bombarded with information about the influence of substances in "sexual decision-making" and the nitty-gritty of sexually transmitted diseases.

But Swan wasn't finished yet.

Before her time expired, she unloaded on the district superintendent, Barry Reilly, for attempting to cut her off and for dismissing her concerns during a previous meeting.

Holding up a book purportedly used as a part of sex education curricula in Illinois schools, Swan charged that if the content is too sensitive for discussion at a board meeting then it is surely too sensitive to be taught to young children.

The book, "It's Perfectly Normal: Changing Bodies, Growing Up, Sex, and Sexual Health," has been the subject of controversy and outrage before. It includes illustrated depictions of naked teens and adults, sexual intercourse, different types of birth control, homosexuality, and masturbation.

Starting in 2014, the book, which is still widely used in public school sex education programs, was also frequently banned over its explicit content.

I didn't read the whole thread so I hope this is not a duplication. It seems that public school should change their name to Luciferian Indoctrination. Parents would probably still send their children there, however.

This teacher decided 11 year olds should know how to get a secret abortion. The name of the class was not "keep your pants on."

But then parents got ahold of the flyer.

It turns out, this pamphlet that was given to 11-year-old students encouraged them to be sexually active (with older students) and then explained how to get an abortion without parental consent.

The Daily Mail reported:

“The fact sheet, which was said to have been produced by Planned Parenthood, told eighth-grade kids aged 13 and 14 that they could obtain abortions ‘AT ANY AGE’ and without parental consent.

It went on to state they could also purchase condoms ‘AT ANY AGE’ and that someone could engage in sex as young as 11 so long as their partner was less than two years

Agreed. I'm so glad we home-schooled our boys - and that was many years ago when things weren't nearly as bad as they are now. I just read another article that talks about the bathrooms for 5th graders in Chicago being fitted out with condom machines when school starts up next month. 5th graders, so, 10 year old children having free access to condoms in government, tax-payer funded schools. smh

Interesting to note, this principal has a lawsuit against him right now for negligence in allowing a field trip with very inadequate chaperoning, in which a male student raped a female student. A mother vehemently defended a Kentucky high school's "Man Pageant" in which students were photographed giving lap dances to staff members, including the principal — and also was annoyed that the homecoming event made the news in the first place.

A Florida school board member chaperoned a group of elementary school children on a field trip to a gay bar, according to photos of the trip she posted to social media.

"I was SO honored to be invited to chaperone Wilton Manors Elementary’s field trip to the incredible Rosie’s! The students and I had a fun walk over and learned a lot about our community! A huge thank you to Rosie's Bar and Grill for hosting this special field trip every year!" Broward County School Board member Sarah Leonardi posted on her official school board Facebook page Wednesday.

The post, which was examined by Fox News Thursday morning, shows photos of children in a popular Florida gay bar, Rosie’s Bar and Grill, including a photo of the group posing next to the restaurant’s sign.

Leonardi did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment on the field trip.

Screenshots of Leonardi’s post have since circulated on social media, sparking outrage.

Church run schools would be a disaster. They would brainwash children into following the profit. Masks would be worn and the shot would be considered a godsend. In other words, the school of the devil.

School teachers need to be able to teach truth. They should teach how to become successful and wealthy as opposed to the current schools that teach socialism. Today's teachers are babysitters. Not very good ones, either.

A community should choose the teachers and approve the curriculum taught. No government intervention should be allowed. If the government withholds credibility, then the community just laughs in their face as a government approved school only proves stupidity anyway. I am 66 years old and have never been asked to provide my education status. They generally just ask questions related to the job to determine if I am qualified. Since I amaze them with my expertise, they couldn't care less if I went to school or not.

A questionnaire asking 10th-grade students about their sexual identity, preference, and more has sparked outrage among an Olathe Public Schools community in Kansas, according to a report from the Kansas City Star.

The questionnaire, featuring the "Gender Unicorn" — a teaching tool from the Trans Student Education Resources website — asked students in a 10th-grade class at Olathe East High School to declare their gender identity, expression, assigned sex, and sexual and emotional preference.

I emphasized in bold the most important point, imo. That, right there, is a secret that the current organizations...that run off of control...do not want to get out.
