Have you ever met someone that you somehow knew before?

Maybe this has been gone over before. I did a search but couldn't find anything. My question is this. Have you ever met someone for the first time and had this connection as if you knew them before. Perhaps in the pre-existence or in a previous life (if you believe in reincarnation.) I mean someone that you see for the first time and they see you and immediately you recognize their spirit. I am not talking about romantically or in a lustful manner if this person happens to be of the opposite sex. Its as if you have some spiritual connection as if you have ran into a long lost friend from 50 years ago and you both can recognize it. Any such experienced?

Occasionally. I'll meet someone and feel like I've known them and even know how they act, like, etc. Not very often though. Not sure if it's just our imagination, something similar to deju Vu, or a spirit world rememberence.

Not sure if this fits exactly with what you're describing/asking, but one of my sisters had a neat experience with her baby (which ended up being the only child born to her, but she had no way of knowing that at the time). Immediately after her daughter was born, the doctor put the baby in my sister's arms - and they locked eyes right then - baby wasn't crying, just looking up at her mom. My sister said she immediately recognized this person, her baby, but as an adult - that she felt completely overcome with the knowledge that they knew each other in the pre-earth life as spirits - and it wasn't as a mother/daughter, but sister/sister. She explains it better than I just did, but it was a very sweet experience that assured my sister that she and her daughter definitely knew each other pre-earth, as adult spirits - and they recognized each other in those first moments after her birth.
