Judge rules you actually have to pay for something

Post by Lexew1899 »

Shocking news today. A federal judge said you actually have to pay for rent when renting something. Who would have thought that?

Wait until some liberal circuit court overturns it, or the Supremes overturn it-they want to be stylish now.

He won't be around long. They will come up with their usual witch hunt tactics and make all kinds of false accusations about him and they will dump him out.

In my area, finding a rental is near to impossible. The housing market is on fire and crappy houses 1200 square feet or less are 400 to 500k. Since I'm a landlord/property manager I am on several Facebook groups for housing. Washington state has a bill in the legislature that will prolong the rent moratorium for two more years.....the usda says over 200000 Washingtonians are behind on rent or mortgages.....lucky for me, my tenants are paying and I haven't had any issues.....but with that type of legislation being proposed what would you do......let someone live in your rental without paying or sell for top dollar? The majority of people looking for rentals blame the landlords for the problem......the real reason behind all of this is to initiate government housing. I wouldn't doubt that Bill gates is somehow involved in all this.....it's a giant power play by the richest to hurt the working poor.....pretty ironic when you think about it....and now we have 13.69 minimum wage rents keep going up...property taxes keep rising and rental housing is shrinking.....that's what you get when government provides a crisis and then a solution......people are too stupid to see it.....smh
