Pelosi tried to sell G.E. to China. He already stopped them from buying from China. The amendment stops the SALE of companies to China. G.E has a defense dept contract, they make the engines for military planes. Basically, Pelosi was trying to help China purchase G.E. to use it for weapons of war, of course to use against us. She is guilty of treason, this was found on her laptop & that's why he amended the EO.
